We do not have deals for this hotel.

Average stay, I would say. The room was clean and had a fridge which was nice. Lousy bagged breakfast due to Covid. Not the best checkin experience, but there was only one person working and he seemed a little overwhelmed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
WARNING! Best Western Mt. Hood Inn has a BIKE THEFT PROBLEM!
Aug 15th, 2020
I was on a cross state bike trip and was told I had to lock my bike in the parking garage as they do not allow bikes in the hotel or in the rooms. Yep, you guessed it, my bike was stollen. I was left stranded as my bike was my mode of transportation. The hotel did refund the cost of the room, but that was a drop in the bucket compared to what was stolen. If you are traveling with your bike DON'T STAY HERE until the hotel can figure this out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed here for one night during our road trip. No one was at desk when I entered to check in so I had to call. After a few calls we were able to check in early at 1:30 which was much appreciated. The room itself was clean with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The cons were that the hotel smelt like cigarette smoke which was hard to ignore and there was a large gap under the door into the hallway. Fortunately I was able to cover the lights from the hallway coming into the room by using an extra pillow. I figured the sounds would be very loud in our room being directly in front of an elevator and the gap but I didn't hear anything. Overall this was an okay stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice accomodations in Government Camp
Jul 11th, 2020
The hotel was nice. Unfortunately because of covid we couldn't gather in the nice lobby or have a breakfast buffet. They had a "grab and go" little packaged muffin thing instead. The room was clean and modern. Location is just at the end of "town" so you can easily walk to the bars and restaurants of government camp but far enough away so that it's quiet. Our room (#216) seemed smaller than most and with a smaller window for some reason. Other than that, no complaints. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Manager is rude and not helpful
Jul 1st, 2020
I would NOT stay here during Covid, they are ignoring the safety of customers. We had a reservation, my daughter came down with the flu, 102.3 temperature, throwing up, diarrhea, extremely tired. The reservation was for my sons birthday. I called to see about rearranging or canceling. The gentleman I spoke to said I could with no charge because I was within the window, so I did. A few days later I ended up getting charged anyways. Long story short, spoke with the manager. He told me that I couldn't have my money back, that I needed proof from a hospital that she is sick, they had been lied to before. I asked if I had shown up with her sick if I would of been able to check in and the manager Mitchell yelled in my ear NO! and hung up on me. Sure makes you question if any safety is being followed there. I will never go there due to the rudeness but definitely not now because we were waiting to see if my daughter has Covid and were not going for safety for others. Update- even after proving that its the hotel mistake for charging me and against Best Western policy to charge me, I get threatened to have the cops called on me by the manager Mitchell.
