Pleasant Stay for Business Travel

Overall amenities are decent. Overall appearance overall is nice and clean. Interior is a little dated and in some areas in need of modernization. In house restaurant, Moe's Bistro, had excellent food and service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Mike Camassa,(G.M.) is continuing the renovation upgrades he initially began at the Westfield Best Western.We noticed immediately the staff appeared happy,The upgrades are very well done.we especially appreciated the walk in shower.It is great.No water on floor. Non skid surface.Mirror also lovely. Room was immaculate.Breakfast very good. Loved the fruit & tea. Mike you’re doing a great job & have a good staff that makes a very good unit.i can’t think of one negative comment, and Mike you know if there were one we would have brought it up. very disappointing

We called ahead to check on the electric vehicle charger. Yet, we still had to request for a car to be moved so we could use it. That was not that big of a deal. The front desk lady was very nice. We went to a family function, and as we left noted that the bar was open and made plans to stop there when we returned. We returned at about 9 pm. The doors to the restaurant were locked, yet I could hear a large group of people laughing and drinking. I knocked and a young man did open the bar door. I told him I was staying there, and we'd like a quick drink before going to our roomI was turned away. Then, a front desk person told me that the owners were out of town, and sometimes the restaurant and bar workers (this was a Saturday night) feel like locking up. We went to our room, and after removing my shoes, discovered that the carpet was damp. It was so late, we just stayed. Way too much money for a mediocre hotel. Also, the car parked outside of our room, not our car, had its horn blow several times during the night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not good at all. Not sure if I will stay there again. Not clean at all, the breakfast is horrible not decent. Too noise, I child was crying all night in the room close to mine and I call the reception two time no one responded. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Awful Staff and Awful Stay

This was probably one of the rudest staff I have ever come into contact with. Upon Check In the staff was incredibly rude. They gave us attitude and were basically uninterested with helping us in anyway. We dropped off our luggage and didn't return to the room until 9 o'clock. It was then when we discovered a sign that said the pullout couch was broken and we needed to order a cot. So we called up for a cot and the woman on the phone said that they were all rented out and that I should have requested one months prior. I tried to explain that my couch was broken but she said, I can't help you with this. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I call back and ask if we can at least get an extra set of blanket and pillows for the couch. She then told me there were no extra blankets or pillows to give out then once again hung up on me. I attempted to call back or to call housekeeping, but no one answered and after 10 minutes of calling, I gave up. The blankets were especially important because the vent was broken and would not stop blasting the A/C. Overall, I would never stay with this hotel again. The rude and unprofessional staff made it a very unpleasant stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
