Best Western Sonoma Valley Inn & Krug Event Center

I love this hotel.

We always get a room in the spa suites when we stay in Sonoma. It is very close to shops and restaurants. I've seen a lot of negative comments, both here and on yelp, but I personally have never had a problem here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

They just need Better Customer Service

Other than the heating system not working and them taking a long time to make it right and the manager didn’t even apologize or anything, it was okay. The room seemed clean. The room was big. The courtyard seemed abandoned and not taken care of. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

One of the Best Best Westerns

We have stayed at this location twice now and it's really so nice. The location is perfect because you can walk downtown to the square. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and the pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful! Usually there is a great breakfast included, but because of the covid restrictions this time it wasn't available. The only thing that could have been better is that even though we requested a fireplace suite, there was no firewood or gas lighting available. The guy at the front dest said that they were out of presto logs. Usually it is a fantastic place and location. There is even a Whole Foods directly across the street! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Perfect Oasis central to everything

After a long backpacking trip up north we chose to stay here because of the jacuzzi tub. BEST DECISION. It was clean and comfortable and brought us back to life. The rooms decor needs an update but it was more than efficient. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch. Grocery store across the street, super close to everything in downtown Sonoma, I would stay here again for sure. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Running away from home!

I needed to get out of my house and away from my housemate but did not really want to go far. I always liked Sonoma's downtown. This hotel is one block away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and priced well. The entire complex seemed in good condition. I just wish COVID had not closed down the hot tub and the sauna/steam room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
