The upper-middle-range hotel is one of the pricier options in Bar Harbor, and one of the only options with expansive views of Frenchman Bay. Rooms have slightly fussy and very dated traditional style (expect lots of floral prints, and wall-to-wall red carpeting), but almost all of them have at least a partial view of the water, and many have fireplaces.
