Horrible experience

Aug 2nd, 2020

Well, let’s start that my husband and I booked this room yesterday to commemorate our first year anniversary. When I was booking I texted the number they make available for questions asking which room had a bathtub, they told me that most rooms had it and that when I booked a room to let them know and they would assign me a room with a bathtub, so I did that. They told me they reserved a nice room with a bathtub for our anniversary. When we got to the hotel we got our room and guess what? No bathtub, yeah they did upgrade us to a “better” room but didn’t do what we asked for but it was fine. We would have enjoyed the room. But the bathroom smelled really bad smoke and believe it or not there was a smelly sock in the sofa. So we went to the front desk and complained. So they gave us a room with a bathtub but they downgraded the room. When we got to the room, first of all, the bathtub was ridiculous, there are motels that have better bathtubs then those. Extremely small, and if that wasn’t enough, there was hair in the bathtub, hair in the bed. The carpets were dirty. We could feel that the room wasn’t really cleaned. Not to mention that our room had a door which we could open to another room easily. We’ve stayed in motels better than this for a lot cheaper. If you have $250 to spend please don’t bother to pick a room here. Find another place. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best place

This is my second stay at the Boston Park Plaza. My sister, roommate and I stayed here for for a couple of nights for my Birthday and a last major outing until I get full submerged in my business. Not only were the rooms great the service was also impeccable. A huge shout out to Yesly and Jacky for anticipating our needs and being welcoming during both visits. The service was so impeccable and we were having so much fun we ended up upgrading to the Presidential Suite. I wish I could keep going but I’ll leave it here. As someone who works in the service industry I can’t say enough about you two you made My Birthday Week AMAZING!!! YESLY & JACKY YOU ARE THE BEST YOU ROCK.🎈🎊 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very nice stay! Central to many walking attractions

Jul 26th, 2020

This is like our 5th stay, very clean, very few customers, great prices right now as they rebuilt the customer base. Great location to many walking attractions. The lobby was open to allow seating to just sit and chat. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was so nice to see the other hotel people using masks and respecting the social distance. Amazing Stay!!!

Jul 24th, 2020

This review is well overdue as I stayed at the Boston Park Plaza last month on 6/26. I booked a suite for my engagement proposal with my now fiance and the Hotel and staff could not have been more accommodating in assisting me with my surprise. In Particular I would like to point out and thank Yesly Villafranca, Front Office Manager and Bill Brodsky, Director of Food and Beverage who both took time out their schedules to ensure the night was special. Big thanks to them. Not to mention that the suite was great, super comfortable, and a amazing overall stay. If me and my fiance stay at another hotel locally it will for sure be the Boston Park Plaza. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A timeless favorite

Jul 13th, 2020

I enjoyed my one-night stay immensely. I had reserved an Executive King room with a bathtub. The room was quite spacious and very clean. I especially enjoyed the small bathroom with its old-fashioned tub! The bed was extremely comfortable and, other than a siren once or twice, I didn't hear anything in the way of street noise (my room was on the 6th floor). Complimentary bottled water was available at the front desk, and after checkout I left my bags with bell services while I wandered the city. An extremely pleasant experience that I'm looking forward to repeating. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
