One of the best hotels in Europe: wonderful relaxing stay and excellent service

Oct 3rd, 2020

I have heard of Brenners Hotel for some time now, as I am familiar with the Oetker chain and on their mailing list. I wasn't sure what to expect, as the price was quite high, but the reviews were excellent. I have to say, I was not disappointed. The service was excellent and the whole ambiance of the hotel is heavenly. The weather was hot, so the garden was really wonderful. I actually felt my stress form the last months of lockdown melt away as I sat on the terrace having lunch. and walked in the gardens, which are stunning. I was on my own and they were particularly hospitable and calm so I didn't feel awkward or out of place- a real bonus. The spa area was a bit confusing to navigate as its a bit of a warren, and I wasnt sure how to get towels etc. I was less keen on the decor in my room (a bit old fashioned in style, which is expected but not quite my taste- but thats not the hotel's fault!) although the standard /cleanliness/service was faultless. I did give feedback about some of their amazing books in their library - some are quite unusual and belonged to well known people. I have to say it was a perfect stay. I just hope I can afford to come here for longer periods when I retire - I really could not think of anywhere nicer to be. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Classic luxury, romantic ambience, best customer service

Aug 28th, 2020

Classic luxury, romantic ambience, best customer service. These summarize our experience at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. Recently my husband and I stayed here one night to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We enjoyed using the high-class and spacious room with a great view of the beautiful park, especially the antique wood furniture and the spa that we think represent the city of Baden-Baden in terms of its locality and history. All staff members welcomed us warmly: kind greetings at the front desk, welcome messages in the room with flowers, and snacks for our road trip that we planned after our stay. We would like to thank the staff who made our stay even more special with their best service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Most beautiful hotel and town to reconnect with your loved ones

Aug 18th, 2020

My mother, sister and I stayed three nights at Brenners hotel and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful hotel we have visited. The stay was magical, we had breakfast outside in the garden rocked by the sound of the fountain overlooking the black forest and the small river, the peaceful atmosphere was unique and priceless. The hotel 5000 m2 Spa is a masterpiece itself and the pool which overlooks the forest and garden brings harmony and balance to your day. The service was beyond exceptional, it was personalized, efficient, thoughtful and real. We were very well welcomed by Rebekka and treated with delicatess during the stay. We especially wanted to thank Lara, Lea Victor, Rene and Sanjeev from the restaurant and breakfast. Emmanuel from the concierge desk was very helpful and organized us a tour in the black forest with Micheal who was very lovely with us. Frederick played beautiful songs for us in the bar where we were attended by the very funny Erwin. Frederick played us the Lebanese national anthem as a tribute for the explosion when we said our father was Lebanese, we were very touched. We will remember this trip and come back very soon for our next gateaway. Mansour TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

World class hotel

Drawing up at a hotel for the first time is always a slightly nervous moment isn’t it? What will it really be like? How much of the website is puff, how many of the reviews one eyed? How much of the history just forgotten or ripped away? How much of the details are wrong? Some hotels, a tiny number, reassure you from the moment that you arrive that so deep is their experience, so good their staff, so beautiful their location and public rooms that all will be well from the off. Brenners is one of those hotels. They have been making guests welcome here for more than 150 years, and that experience shows. It’s a George V, Mandarin HK, Cipriani quality hotel in an unbeatable location with views over the park, and 5 minutes walk to Baden Baden centre. We had beautiful third floor rooms, there is a gorgeous pool and gardens, a great terrace for a drink, Kleopatra the house cat (all hotels should have a dog or cat it seems to me), two good restaurants (book if you want Fritz, it’s not big) and many more dining options in easy walking distance. The Black Forest is on your doorstep and there are Tesla charging points too. I could have stayed a week. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
