Nice location - Suites are good for families

Jul 27th, 2020

Booked last minute for a week in Rehoboth. Pros: Awesome location within walking distance to the beach and shopping/restaurants; friendly and attentive staff; spacious newly renovated suites (good for families); towels and beach chairs available for use any time; free onsite parking. Cons: Noisy at times (street traffic and other guests in courtyard); if you’re a pool lover you will be sorely disappointed by the size and depth of the pool - kiddos were disappointed. Overall a good visit and reasonable pricing for the accommodations. Felt very safe and clean despite COVID. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Extended Weekend Trip - Great location and value!

Jun 26th, 2020

We have stayed here many times and always found it as a great value. The location is great - can walk to the beach and to all the downtown spots/shops. This time - with Covid - we were unsure about staying in a hotel. From our experience this weekend we felt very comfortable from the time we arrived. From wearing masks to seeing them constantly cleaning things - very impressed. Will definitely be staying here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Decent Enough

Jun 21st, 2020

Great location! Great remodeling of the suites/very spacious! Staff was helpful and professional! Those three things yield the 3 star review. The parking is horrible, it’s free for guest but the spaces are so tiny. The beds are just okay, it’s not the best I’ve split in, the pillows are small. Although the suites are spacious the bathroom is SO TINY, very inadequate. The pool was very small only 4 feet deep, can’t really enjoy it. The rooftop area is meh, nothing spectacular. The prices of the rooms are a bit overpriced for what you get. The hallways and elevator are drab, the can use a overhaul. Overall it’s a decent hotel, but no frills. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Will be back

Jun 18th, 2020

Clean, updated, close to everything. To me, Rehoboth hotels are typically either affordable and trashy or nice but way too expensive for a beach weekend. This was affordable and nice. It’s not fancy, but for the value, it is my favorite hotel at all of the Delaware beaches. The hallways and elevators are a little worn, but they definitely spent time and attention on the rooms for guest comfort. Being in the hospitality industry, I was so happy with the clean bedrooms and bathrooms. If you want to walk, it’s a great location. You are a block from the beach and boardwalk and a block from Rehoboth Ave. We didn’t get in the car once until it was time to leave. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

weekend getaway

Very nice place to stay. We have always found our room clean and fully supplied for our stays. We very much enjoy the close proximity to the ocean and the staff is outstanding and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in town. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
