An honest opinion from a very well travelled couple.

Stayed here 4 times before but I think next time we come to Rzeszow we’ll be trying somewhere different. To be fair we checked in really early for our 4 night stay. We were given room 333, definitely the worst we’ve had in this Hotel. The room was extremely cold and the A/C wouldn’t warm up over 19.5 degrees. Some lights not working, the view was awful and you had to stand in kind of a tin bath to have a shower. The Coffee machine didn’t work and there was no hair dryer! It’s supposed to be 5 star? We upgraded after one night to a Junior Suite, room 502. A decent view with a tiny balcony. There were no dressing gowns, no information to tell us we had to request room service!!! So we had no room service, no tea/coffee/water replacement, no clean towels. I always judge a Hotel by the quality of its towels. This is a 5 star Hotel supplying 2 star towels.......a bit cardboardy. A tile had fallen off the wall near the bathroom, we notified reception who said it would be fixed the following day, it wasn’t. Still there when we left. Breakfast is expensive here and through this Covid Virus it had to be served to self service except for juices and Coffe/tea which you could get yourself. I don’t get it??? Breakfast Staff absolutely run off their feet......especially on Sunday morning. Only 2 of the 4 lifts working. Overall, we were disappointed compared to previous stays here. Will we come back? Not sure, probably give somewhere else a chance next time. The Hotel Rzeszow looks interesting. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We were staying in Rzeszów overnight before a flight and thought we'd treat ourselves to a suite at the Hotel Bristol. Upon check in, we were greeted and organised a transfer to the airport promptly. The room itself was stunning! Huge comfortable bed, massive bath tub and separate walk in shower. The mini bar was stocked well and the room was spacious to say the least. We used the main restaurant for both dinner and breakfast which was impeccable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Even when there was a mix up of breakfast being included, they dealt with it efficiently (it was). If we are ever in Rzeszów again we will definitely be going back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Far from the 5 star hotel they claim but an alright place to stay.

I could review this hotel as if it was the 5 star hotel that it claims. I will not, because that would not be fair. (it would get the lowest score). The hotel is priced the same as other 3 star hotels in the area and I will write this review in the light of it being the 3 star hotel it actually is. The rooms are interesting and nicely designed. If you order a suite you will see that most pictures features a bath tub, how ever there are suites with out bath tubes. You will need to ask for it, if you want one. They also offer massage and SPA services. Positives + Several good restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area. + The location could not be better in Rzeszow + They have parking. Which is not easy to find in Rzeszow during the christmas shopping spree. This was a huge plus for us. + Coffee maker with "pods" in the room. A nice step up from just a water boiler. + Nice breakfast buffet with good variety, and the chefs asking if there where something else we wanted. Negatives - Room cleaning was really bad. Our suite had partial wood floor. It badly needed wiping. Same goes for the toilet floor. We missed one cleaning as our toddler had a nap. Once she woke up we put out the please clean sign and the cleaning was a 5 min job with minimal cleaning. - The room had some need for minor maintenance. Broken light, leaky water/coffee maker All in all a nice 3 star hotel with very nice interior but could use a cleaning team with floor mop. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great chef!

Nice hotel and generally comfortable and clean, however we felt the staff were not all that friendly to the exception of one 2 waiters. It is not a 5 star service where you would expect staff using their initiative to ensure guests are always looked after, be attentive to guests needs... it was overall ok, but staff could have been more welcoming. The bar/pub food was poor, however the main restaurant’ food was absolutely fantastic! Our compliments to the chef. We made sure we were back in time the second evening to sample another dish from the menu. Superb meal! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Przyjemny pobyt / a pleasant stay

Przyjemny hotel z ładnymi pokojami, bardzo dobre śniadania (i dla tych, co lubią na słono, i dla preferujących coś słodkiego). Możliwość skorzystania z basenu/siłowni w pobliskim hotelu. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna, wszędzie bliziutko. Problem mogą mieć alergicy - bardzo dużo wykładzin, okładzin oraz "rzeczy zbierających kurz", u mnie pojawił się lekki katar, więc warto to wziąć pod uwagę. Nice looking hotel with nice looking rooms, the breakfast was the best thing about the weekend I spent there: eggs, pancakes, breakfast burritos, fresh fruits, cakes - whatever you may want, they have it. There are available vouchers for using the gym and swimming pool in a near hotel as Bristol doesn't have such facilities. The localization is great. As of the cons: if you're allergic to dust you may want to be careful. There's a lot of carpets, textiles, and fabrics that are simple dust mites habitat and maybe aren't cleaned that often because I had some allergy symptoms that weren't so pleasant.
