We enjoyed our stay very much even with the covid 19 conditions. The hotel is very nice. I would feel the hotel could improve the dining facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although we were there for the one night. We felt safe and comfortable. The view from our room was outstanding. It would of been nice if they decorated the hotel with more Christmas lights, decorations. It would of felt more festive for the season. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great “mini vacation/getaway” that was extremely enjoyable and relaxing mainly due to the great customer service provided by the entire team. Immaculately clean environment throughout the hotel/spa and great Covid protocols in place. Exceeded my every expectation!!! Keep up the good work Team Brookstreet!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Coffee before 7? No!
Nov 17th, 2020
Wish we had in room coffee before 7 am. The spa professionals were friendly and great but service wasn’t great for the money paid. Restaurant hours were inconvenient. But the room and hotel cleanliness and ambiance was great TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Staycation, Excellent COVID Practices
Nov 13th, 2020
For anyone looking for a quick staycation, I highly recommend the Brookstreet. They have some great packages available right now and have lots of measures in place to keep safe. For $200 out of pocket, we received: - 1 night stay - free parking - $50 meal credit for the restaurant - Access to pools We added two RMT massages at the spa as well. Masks are required everywhere in the hotel, with the exception of your room and when you are seated at the restaurant. Our room was extremely clean and the quality you would expect from the Brookstreet. Staff were friendly, you could see their smiles in their eyes when you chatted with them. COVID has been hard on this industry. If you need glasses or ice, you need to call for it and it arrives fully sanitized and wrapped on a serving cart. There are no longer coffee makers in the room but you get a credit for a complimentary hit beverage at their Cafe. Contact less check in, along with room access via your phone are also available. Only one person per elevator, unless you are from the same house hold. At the spa, again masks were required the entire time. Each room has one designated area for your personal items, to avoid multiple touch points in the room. Multiple services are being offered, aside from anything that requires you to remove your mask. You can also reserve access to their fitness center and pools. For dinner, the restaurant has a great menu and awesome heated patio (as well as indoor dining). Each table has their own dedicated heater in addition to other patio heaters throughout. Menus are provided via QR code so that you can view them on your mobile device. In my opinion, it's a great value and was a safe mini getaway. They also have some fun packages with the Magic of Lights for families. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
This place got a 100 year old in only 2 years
Oct 26th, 2020
Very different experience from the previous visit. The room, fridge and furniture was very old and unclean. There were hair and stains everywhere on the bedding. Bad odor in bath room. Poor water temperature. No cleaning service even garbage was kept for 2 days in the room. No shampoo and service refill. Motels do much more better TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
