Ladies Night

Jul 19th, 2019

Came with my friends for drinks before our movie. Aileen was so friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome, service was also fast. Great customer service, not always the case in Brussels. Thank you so much. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wonderful Service

Jul 19th, 2019

I visited Marriott Hotel and I was so impressed with the service. I was served by the bartender Andre. He really knows how to cater to clients needs. He should keep up with the good work. I will definitely visit the Hotel again soon. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel Has a Good location and Excellent Service

Jul 19th, 2019

This hotel is nicely located; close to the metro, restaurants, landmarks and easy to get to via car or get around by foot. It cost me about $55 Euros to get here via taxi from the Brussels airport. There's a mixture of guests: family and business. The servicing staff is truly the highlight at this hotel, starting from the check-in process to the cleaning service. The staff here is top notch - thank you! Breakfast is at the main restaurant and fairly standard offerings: omelets, waffles, scrambled eggs, variety of cheese, breads, coffee, juice, etc. I traveled for business and spent quite a bit of time at the Executive lounge, which is open 24 hours a day; hors d'oeuvre served in the early evening and dessert around 7:30 PM local time. Plenty of wine options to choose from (also served at the lobby on some evenings later in the week) and dessert options plus a variety of cheese. Jade was simply phenomenal. She's the type of employees businesses need. She offers her help in a very caring and professional manner: wines, food, dessert, drinks (besides wine), engages in meaningful conversations, offers her services and just goes above and beyond. There was also a young lady "In-training" while I was there (forgot her name) and she was also great. Tips: - When getting around via vehicle, Uber offers more economic options vs regular taxi or metro. - Consider getting a high floor room and facing the courtyard for noise control. Comfortable hotel but disappointing bathroom

Jul 18th, 2019

I stayed here on business at the start of July as Brussels was setting, up for the Grand Depart. The hotel is grand, and comfortable enough. The bathroom in my room left a lot to be desired. The toilet didn't flush properly, and anything more than a small jobby would require several flushes over the next half an hour or so. Another gripe was that check-in and check-out both took an eon. The shower was an old shower/bath combo effort that might be considered decent in Brussels, but certainly isn't. Brussels itself is magnificent though, well worth a visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
