Midweek getaway

Nov 18th, 2020

So my Girlfriend and I work a very busy summer schedule. Retail and Hospitality. We decided a trip to Maine will be for rest and relaxation. What a place. We had a water view room with a deck. Natalies was excellent. Tim the manager was helpful and Kind. the entire staff was great. We had Aidan his 1st week as server and bartender. He was very nice young man. The room is so comfortable . I highly reccomend. I was offended by many of the local shops. Too many political statements in the storefronts. Like Black lives matter. I don't go in the stores. All in all the best thing about Camden is the Camden Harbour Inn !!!! 5 stars TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fabulous Weekend

Nov 16th, 2020

We enjoyed an impromptu last-minute getaway after our summer vacation in Maine was cancelled due to Covid. What a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, the friendly and helpful staff attended to our every need. The Curacao room was delightful. Great views of the harbor and bay. The room was large, well-appointed and clean. Loved the bed, and the spectacular bathroom. Location was perfect for spending the day exploring town and hiking on nearby Mount Battie. The dinner at Natalie’s was on of the best meals we’ve ever had. Fresh seafood, outstanding service and great wine selection. Even on a chilly and windy evening, the staff was able to set up heaters and provided shawls to keep guests comfortable. Can’t wait to return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Don't deserve the Relais and Chateaux designation

Oct 26th, 2020

Let's start with the disappointing "Java" room. More like a Holiday Inn than what I expected . Tiny TV. Room poorly appointed. We were on the third floor. I'm 70 years old and had to climb their dangerous steps to the third floor. No elevator. Breakfast which is included with room was a comedy of errors. Not enough staff and the ones working in the morning where disorganized and poorly trained. The front desk employees were good but the rest need more training. This inn does not deserve the Relais & Chateaux designation and the room prices should be on par with a Holiday Inn. Find another Inn in Camden I suggest. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What a wonderful stay!

Oct 22nd, 2020

I was visiting the Inn with the Backroads group for 2 nights (although I am a solo traveler). From 1st sight I was in love the the Inn. Stunning! There is a welcome card and gift on your bed. My room had a lovely view of the harbor. One night while dining at Natalies restaurant I did the wine pairing and it was all divine. Breakfast was also delish. The employees were very nice. Wish I could have stayed longer and spent time in the rocker on the front porch. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

From the moment you walk in, you are truly welcome. We stayed at the Curacao suite and the room was a 10. The bed was super comfortable, like sleeping in clouds. The bathroom looked brand new and I love the Morton Brown soaps and lotion. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Also, the food at the restaurant was excellent! We love every minute at the Chateaux and would highly recommend it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
