Horrible stay again and again.

I come here often as my company insists in keeping this hotel, every time I come there is something wrong with the room, last time was horrible, when I go to shower I see a bunch of bugs on the bath, I examine them closer and they seem like lice, I ask them to change me to another room and they send someone to “clean”, had to call again and they finally sent me someone with a new key to another room. I arrive at the new room, looked clean, I open the water flow and brown water comes out, A/C doesn’t cool as well as last room and it has a bunch of mosquitoes, sheets are dirty and badly done, towels are worn down and lockbox doesn’t work (it says it requires service), hairs are present in various towels too. Don’t get me wrong I like the location and love the views, the staff has been friendly and helpful but there is so much they can do, hotel needs to be remodeled and cleanliness be taken care of. Also food prices are expensive but food is good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Used to be a very good hotel

The hotel is kind of old, and needs to be re built, or at least, re modernized ! The property is nice. The food is fine. The place is safe. I was here many years ago, and now I came back with my wife, and found that the property has gone old. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

WONDERFULL STAY IN ACAPULCO

We arrived in Acapulco at the Camino Real Diamante on March 30th 2019 this year. Our stay was nothing but spectacular all the Hotel Staff were very friendly even the ones who could not speak our English Language made it a point to try tobe nothing more than helpfull. Much to our surpise a free breakfast was included every day as well as 1/2 drink prices for happy hour between 12-1pm and then a free voucher every day for as many drinks as you can drink between 6 and 7pm!!! One gentleman in particular who had a desk in the lobby are to sell tours was extremely helpfull and was very good company for our entire stay and helped us a lot when there was some interpreting needed with the staff his name is Aristeo Palma Munoz or TEO for short. THe manager at the from desk as well as all the support staff were extremely nice. and of course all the waiters and waitresses and housekeeping staff. A shout out to the following people as best as i can remember there names. DOUBLE BILL

Prepaid booking Dec 2018 for hotel stay in Aprik 2019. Spent 1 hour at checkout trying to explain this. They then billed me again even though I showed them proof of payment. Have now spent extra hour on phone today...still not fixed. Hotel stay was great but HOW CAN A MAJOR HOTEL NOT UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE OREOAID BILL. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

How bad was my experience with the personal and the restaurant

We stay 4 day in this hotel, the structure is aged and the view really nice. What really make me unhuppy was that they add in my resturant accoun +1500 pesos with food that we nevea eat. As soon as realize it one day after we left the hotel and call them to chek, we also send a mail where they said that they will check. Since now means 3 weeks after no news at all. I am really pist off fot the bad way to mange it and even more because they did not propose any alternative way to recover the monay. This is not a service for a hotel that wants to be luxury.
