Terrible stay

Apr 20th, 2020

We stayed there just to catch a flight next day and the hotel rooms are dirty, small, smelly, very bad maintained, staff is rude and the food not good, as a Mexican I felt very bad since this hotel brand used to be good before, now it is terrible and really expensive, the location is the only thing convenient in front of the airport, but it is really not good, not recommendable at all!! Terrible Customer Service and do not want to honor refund

Apr 8th, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak could not travel and had to cancel with days of anticipation. The hotel did not want to provide a refund even if I did not stay at the hotel. They did not want to change the date for a future time. Terrible customer service; employees laughs while I explain the situation on the phone. Completely unhelpful and do not provide any solutions. Don’t stay there, if you can avoid it

Feb 16th, 2020

We got stuck after one of the many flight delays of Avianca (chose any other airline, if you can) and were booked into the Camino Real at the airport. As our luggage was checked in, Avianca assured us, that a toothbrush would be available at the hotel - what you would expect anyway. It turned out, that the hotel doesn’t provide anything above a soap and a shower gel. No shaver, no comb, no toothbrushes... I got booked in a room at the main tower, where I got all the noise and music from the entrance hall unfiltered. Not only took the handling of the airline 5! hours, we got the worst rooms at the hotel (as they pay the cheapest rate, according to the manager), the hotel we got booked in, turns just out to make a bad experience worse. Perfectly adequate

Feb 15th, 2020

We arrived late and were taking an internal flight the next morning so this was perfect. Access is on the first floor (up an escalator) between doors 3 and 4 - by the domestic check in area. Then it’s a walkway over a bridge straight into reception. We got checked in straight away and were offered an upper room overlooking the airport which was quiet. The hotel is dated but room fine. Don’t run the water on full power if you want it hot... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrible Experience

Feb 14th, 2020

For starters, the hotel is really old, it has this terrible smell. The beds are so uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep. I ran out of water while I was in the shower. And the price is overrated, it’s so expensive... you don’t get what you paid for. No one should stay at this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
