Never coming back!!

Possibly the worst hotel experience possible. The first night we checked in the staff were rude and disinterested, even lazy to the point where they couldn't check our names properly and told us we were not booked in here. The signs posted around do not make you feel safe here. Of course you have to look after your belongings but you would hope your room would be safe! The metal shutters on the windows are also slightly intimidating. The last night we had a power outage and the staff seemed less than interested in giving us any updates as to what was going on. We asked if they had a rough estimate and just shrugged their shoulders and that was it. It may be worth popping over to the supermarket just up the road as tea and coffee "is only for day one"!! The maids did not care if you had a 'do not disturb' sign on the door and we would see 3-4 maids per morning! If you are not a French National be prepared to pay the 'tourist tax' €1.70 per night per person. The only positive note we have is that the female reception staff were kind and friendly. Awful service, overcharged and racially abused.

This was the worst hotel I have ever used. Staff refused to serve me due to being english. Left and stayed across the road. Now using my credit card company to get my money back. I cannot recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely DISGUSTING! When we arrived into the room there was flies in the room, after we killed 3 on the first night we woke up the next morning and there was more!! There was blood on the wall, the pillows and quilt were stained and the shower head had mould and limescale on it. The carpet was filthy and stained and the bathroom floor wasn’t even cleaned. The beds were so uncomfortable we barley slept! The hotel was disgusting and I do not recommend that anyone stays here ever! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great location if you are staying outside Disney

We were given a booking to this hotel through a holiday package deal so were not sure what we were going to get but we were pleasantly surprised. the hotel is a 10 minute walk away from Torcy rail station and a 5 minute walk away from a massive shopping centre called Bay 2. The hotel was basic and the rooms could have a little more to them but they do for sleeping and bathing. The only real fault I would say they had for me is that their pillows are far too soft and the air conditioning didn't do very much. In saying that, I would stay here again; the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was very clean. Plus the added bonus of being in a quiet area but not too far from everything. I have emailed the hotel asking a few questions and have recieved no response. Do you provide transport as how much is it..and what do you recommend is the best way to get to Disney land Paris and for the Halloween party are you providing a shuttle bus four tourists to get back? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
