Great customer service

Have received great service since arriving and I always look forward to a stay at a candle suites. When I arrived I didn’t have a recliner in my room and they brought one up right away, and there’s popcorn in the lobby! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great stay!

This place was amazing. We paid $72 per night and stayed for 3 nights. Incredible room for the price. Less than a few minutes away from Disneyland and ver convenient. The room was the perfect size for a single couple. The ability to wash clothes in the guest laundry room, free of charge is a big help. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Solid apartment hotel

Jan 5th, 2020

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful with baggage storage, late check-out etc. Really good family hotel close to Disney. Art bus goes from right outside the front door. As a bonus we saw the Disney fireworks from our window. There was a little bit of noise from the adjoining rooms, but nothing to bad or worth complaining about. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good value

Jan 4th, 2020

I was a little unsure about this hotel when I booked it as I like staying closer to Disneyland on Harbor Blvd, but it couldn’t be beaten based on the great value price (at least $400-500 cheaper than Harbor Blvd hotels). But I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice and my room had a good sized kitchenette. I didn’t walk to Disney as I thought it was a bit far considering the amount of walking to do in the park each day, but there were two ART bus stops next to hotel (one directly out the front and one down the driveway). 3day pass $16, 5day $25. Ubers to the park (best place to stop is Cold Stone Creamery on S Harbor directly across the road from the park entrance) is $6-7. The only slightly negatives for me were: - I was in the 2nd to last hotel room on the top as it’s a long way from the lift by reception (but closer to the lift in the carpark) and the lift is super slow, but that was only minor. - my room wasn’t cleaned on two days (one day I came back to my room at 4.30pm and it hasn’t been cleaned by then). - the bathroom light was sensor based, (blinding light in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom). But these weren’t big issues and I would definitely stay here again based on the price. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What a great place to stay

Jan 3rd, 2020

We stayed over the new years holiday the suites are fantastic. Kitchenettes are a blessing while away from home. Free laundry although the dryers do not work the best so plan on drying a couple times. Clean. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
