The honest truth:

The cons: no breakfast. None. Zero. If u stay there m-f expect no food...from a BED AND BREAKFAST. They blamwd ir on covid bur every B&B in town was doing one AND just recently I see people on weekends getting breakfast. So be aware of that NON perk. Rooms are European small, dustt and felt like a motel NOTHING absolutely nothing felt like a bed and breakfast. It was trash. Did I mention NO Air conditioning?! And we rented 2 rooms!!! Both zero ac TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
One more night...
Aug 9th, 2020
My husband and I chose to stay one more night in addition to our already planned stay at another hotel. Another day to enjoy the sights. This is a quaint little place that was affordable on a Friday night along Route 66. Walking distance to everything! It is simple and charming. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We found this cute, quaint and comfortable Inn in Williams, AZ. We were in the area to visit the Grand Canyon. We were only going to stay one night and we enjoy this place so much, we came back the next night!!! We loved the old fashioned look of the room and the price was awesome!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First impression .. quiet place, good smell into the room, great owner and wonderful to speak him, . Breakfast need to be taken from the office and you can bring everything in your room or on the patio where there are tables and chairs for each room! Also if on the street no noise. A perfect place close to Grand Canyon , on the Route 66 and to be stay more than a night! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Perfect start to a Grand Canyon trip

Really cute & in a great location. It's located directly between Route 66 and Railroad in the hub of historic downtown. Tons of stuff in walking distance (Grand Canyon Railways, resturants, shopping, the zip line) & the staff was very helpful with any questions of the local area. My only comment would be to suggest they add some blackout drapes or heavier blinds to the windows. In July the sun comes up before 6AM and we woke up at sunrise every morning we were there. But, I'd stay again if I were in the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
