Overview

Travelers praise hotel's staff for being friendly and helpful
There is no pool or fitness center at this hotel

Located about 2 miles north of South Beach and only a block from the shoreline, Casa Faena has a Mediterranean revival style that dates back to 1928. Now fully restored, recent guests said the colorful, charming Spanish colonial-style is a major draw to the hotel. The property features curated spaces, including a rooftop terrace, an atrium with art installations and a library suited for private dining. The artisan theme extends into the guest rooms, where unique tufted headboards or custom carved beds are offered alongside terracotta floors, antique carpets and bathrooms with soaking tubs. But modern amenities aren't forgotten  the room is also equipped with flat-screen TVs and free internet access (which is covered by the daily resort fee). When it's time to dine, visit the American- and Argentine-inspired Cafe Faena restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a bistro-style setting. While recent guests praised the atmosphere and design of the hotel, they were also impressed with the staff, who were described as "courteous" and "professional."
