Made it so easy to stay with young baby and have adult time too!!

Nov 26th, 2019

We stayed at Cavallino Bianco for our first holiday as a family - our little boy is 5 months old. Having stayed in a Ortisei previously we were ecstatic when we found this hotel as we wanted somewhere that would cater for his needs and ours and boy did we find it. What an easy holiday this was compared to what we imagined and that was all thanks to Cavallino Bianco. The best bits - food is all included that’s breakfast, lunch, afternoon, snack and dinner and all delicious - even a buffet for little ones including lots of Hipp Organic pots and purées. The number of swimming pools - 2 outdoor heated pools with stunning mountain backdrops, 2 fantastic shallow pools for kids lovely and warm with toys, water sprays slides etc. Our baby loved all the swimming pools and even just hanging out in the relaxation rooms (all was baby and child friendly) - and to make things really easy for parents there were swinging cots in the spa area so if little one needs a nap it was really easy to put them down to sleep and parents can continue to enjoy themselves. Same in the restaurant - our little one is too small for a high chair yet and they had Stokke Tripp Trapp chairs with newborn seats which meant we are every meal you with 2 hands which is very rare and a lovely treat!! We didn’t leave our little one in the LinoLand crèche because we wanted to spend time with him but would do next time when he is older - instead we enjoyed the family room next door which allowed us to all play together with all the toys there and tire him out for his nap! Also meant we didn’t need to pack lots of toys to stimulate him! The rooms were well planned out allowing us to close off our room from the babies cot at night with clever sliding doors meaning baby and us slept better. Good facilities in room, changing mat, baby cream, nappies, dressing gown all provided for baby. Even though it was clearly quiet season as ski lifts weren’t open yet and the town was very quiet and most places closed, the hotel was still running all activities without fail - I enjoyed a private yoga class whilst husband had the gym to himself many times. This place is fantastic, family friendly, no one is looking at you if your baby cries or makes noise and we can’t wait to return when he is slightly older to enjoy more of LinoLand and the daily children’s activities, plus relax ourselves. Myself, my wife, sister in-law, brother in-law and niece stayed here for RPterms amazing days in the middle of alto adige for an unexplainable experience of trekking through the Dolomites in the Trento alto adige area. One of the greatest experiences in my life*. Must do. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Words don't justify how amazing this place is

Every positive review that I read about this place was true. And then some! I have tried to tell friends and family how great this hotel is and the staff and the facilities, and, and, and... But I just can't help feeling that I am not able to do Cavallino Bianco justice in the marketing department. Bottom line: book you holiday and I guarantee you will want to go back. An Unrivaled Hotel Experience for Families

Jul 9th, 2019

The Cavallino Bianco team has thought of every detail to ensure families can enjoy their stay. The rooms are well appointed and designed to give each member of the family space and autonomy (child sized sinks!). Lino Land, which provides programming for children of all ages (all day and until 10 in the evening), provides a wonderful environment that encourages active and creative play. The team running the program was enthusiastic, cheerful and responsible, leaving parents free to enjoy their own activities. The hotel is in great proximity to a number of activities. We were there in the summer and enjoyed running, hiking, cycling (e-bike, road bike, mountain bike), wine tasting, parks and a ropes course. The location in the mountains couldn't be more beautiful. The chefs expertly accommodated our request for vegan meals, which were healthy, beautiful and filling. One of our daughters came down with a fever on the trip and the Cavallino Bianco staff arranged for a doctor to visit and she arrived in less than 30 minutes. There is nothing we would change. We've paid the same price per night in the U.S. for hotels that offered none of the services, inferior design, smaller accommodations and did not include any food. The experience and value are both second to none! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
