Yellowy!

Sep 19th, 2019

Great spot in the South End for a stay! The room was bright and clean and just well done overall. Of all the yellow highlights the property showcases, the bathroom where it was not yellow (oh my that would have been something) was actually very modern and shower was great! The location really did a great job of maximizing a small space and very comfortable. I have been talking about this place for days. Would return and check out other properties. Rate is to expensive for such a tiny room

Sep 19th, 2019

When you prepaid your reservation and you can not change the reservation, almost usd 400.00 a day, is too expensive for the value of the room. The door didn't close correctly and the heat didn't work. Too expensive for what we get TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A fun hotel - unsurprising pineapple themed

Sep 15th, 2019

The option of borrowing bicycles is nice. The room we had was rather small but perfectly functional - there wasn’t a desk to work and only a the bed or a poofé to sit on. Everything (soap, complimentary cookies...) is pineapple branded / fragranced which is fun (so long as you don’t hate the smell of pineapple). TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Too pricey for a 2 star hotel.

Sep 14th, 2019

in the south end, near the I-90, 15-20 minutes walking to to boston center. through hotwire the hotel charges "resort fee". the only problem is there is no resemblances to any resort. the room is very small, with storage space of two drawers under the bed, and no space in the shower. so many overpriced merchandises in the room you think you sleep in a souvenirs shop. Comfy bed, Ok stay

Sep 10th, 2019

Pros of my experience: very comfortable bed, welcoming to all (LGBTQ community especially -yay!), unique and fun decorations, kind staff, convenient location for downtown conference Cons of my experience: the smell from the shower plumbing in my 8th floor room was very bad so I kept the bathroom door closed; I was not told about the "amenity fee" which is a daily charge of $15 for "things like wifi"; it was unclear if there was a fitness room or not; folks were very loud going to their rooms (not the hotel's fault) Overall, would not recommend for the last minute price I paid, but if there's a really good deal it's a neat place to stay.
