Excellent service

Feb 20th, 2020

Before I comment on the hotel, I would like to say that we travel a lot, and never before had we experienced the front-desk staff going way beyond the call of duty to take care of us as it happened during our visit to Château Beauvallon. We arrived way before the check-in time, and yet, they made sure we are comfortably settled as soon as possible. Great thanks to Marie-Francine (I apologize if I did not get the name correctly, it's been a few weeks now and my memory might not be serving me well enough). She was professional, efficient, and welcoming. We had an amazing, relaxing stay mostly due to her warm welcome. The hotel is clean and well-appointed. There is a convenient valet/shuttle service to Mont Tremblant which saves you the trouble of thinking where to find parking at Mont Tremblant. Our 1 bdr unit was nice, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area, fireplace, and a Murphy bed we didn't use, but if you have children with you and there are no 2 bdr units available, it will come in handy. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit. The breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast, just as you expect. We absolutely enjoyed the outdoor dot tub, and our only regret was that our stay was too short. The only recommendation would be to update the lobby and the adjacent common area - for a 4-star hotel, they look a bit dark and tired, kind of shabby. All in all, we plan to return (when our busy schedule permits), and I am sure the hotel will be charming no matter what season you decide to stay there. Highly recommend! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Place

Feb 17th, 2020

I love Tremblant and visit multiple times a year. This was my first time at Chateau Beauvallon. I got a very good price for a 2 bedroom with breakfast. In fact I could not find a better deal/ location on VRBO or AirBnb. I was setting myself up to be disappointed. I was not. The place was gorgeous and the 2 bedroom suite was luxurious , modern and comfortable. The shuttle to the hill was a great option. The large outdoor hot tub was a great addition, perfect for after skiing. Breakfast was a buffet, more than just a Continental with eggs, sausages etc. The family of deer outside our window was a bonus. This is definitely a great place to stay and access the wonders of Tremblant at a reasonable cost. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great room with fireplace, kitchenette combined with all amenities. This is ideal for families. We enjoyed the free shuttle service which made our skiing access effortless to and from the mountain. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Very clean and free parking and breakfast included. Together it made our stay very enjoyable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We were here just after New Years. We love this hotel, it is perfect the 2 bedroom, was wonderful, kitchen well stocked, and bed very comfortable. The front desk staff were very receptive and quick to respond. Our drivers were so kind and house staff again wonderful. Will be back. Thank you TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good accommodations but some issues...

Jan 1st, 2020

We stumbled into this hotel while trying to book a vacation in Tremblant. Everything in the village was booked as we waited too long. The good - the rooms are great. Large living area, private king suite and two bathrooms. The kitchenette and small dining area were also a great plus. The exercise area is not very good and the indoor pool tiny. The shuttle to go back and forth to the mountain ran on time but returning back after the new year fireworks took an hour because of traffic - that is the one time we wished we were at the village. The price is overpriced. Bar is adequate as is the breakfast which is continental style. Eggs are not real. There were issues with rooms not being ready at 4 pm which is checkout time and a fire scare one of the nights we were there put folks out for about 40 minutes at 11pm. We never heard anything. No alarms rang which was good as we slept through it all. I would go back but if going back new year would definitely choose a stay in the village. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
