Best place to stay if you're skiing at Mont Sainte Anne
May 16th, 2020
We spent four nights at the Chateau Mont Sainte Anne in early March, little realizing that it would be the last ski trip of the season thanks to COVID-19. Fortunately for us, our stay at this hotel was exceptional! Upon arrival we found out we were upgraded to a room on the fifth floor - this is their Nordik section with Scandinavian style rooms. We also received breakfast vouchers for the four days we were staying thanks to being a VIP member with Expedia. The room itself (517) was spacious with two queen beds, a kitchenette, dining table, and large bathroom with a full bath. The kitchen was well appointed with a full microwave and dishwasher although there is no countertop stove. Plates, cutlery, wine glasses etc. where also provided and there’s a large grocery store less than a 5-minute drive away. The hotel wasn’t busy so our room was exceptionally quiet. Breakfast consisted of a full buffet with lots of choices including, bacon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes and waffles. There were continental options as well that included pastries, croissants, cheeses, yogurts, cereals and fruit juices. The food tasted really good and they served a nice strong coffee. The hotel staff, from the receptionist to the porters and the cleaning crew were all exceptional; we even received an email from the hotel manager on the day we checked into ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel, not only in terms of the location (it’s right on the ski slope) but also based on the fact that the rooms are very nice (4th and 5th floors) and the staff are exceptionally friendly. I don’t know when we’ll be able to travel again but at least my last vacation is full of good memories thanks to the team at Chateau Mont Sainte Anne! Good service, very good value for money

I stayed at Chateau Mont-Sainte-Anne for spring break snowboarding vacation with the family. The food was good, the room was cleaned and the service was good from the staff. I love the ability of the ski-in/ ski-out, the convenience of the kitchenette in the room, the game room for the kids and even grown-ups like me. I definitely recommend this place. Our annual Ski Trip to Mont Sainte Anne
Mar 1st, 2020
This was our annual week to ski Mont Sainte Anne, Quebec. We were a party of two couples and shared one the hotel's two bedroom, two bathroom suites. It was perfect with its full kitchen and spacious dining and living areas. The feature of being able to ski in and ski out of the hotel is a very convenient and attractive feature. The hotel has a very good Bistro restaurant and I can recommend the ribs and the chicken entres. Get a table by the operating fireplace and it will be an evening to remember. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Check room updates prior to reserving as many rooms are antiquated

Poor quality of rooms (cold draft through windows | heating not working | plaster all over floors) that need upgrade considering the prices being charged. Try booking through booking .com | expedia | Trivago as prices much cheaper. Paid over $800.00 for two nights for one room with two queen beds / no lift tickets included. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Very good stay, good value, enjoyed it immensely

The newly renovated rooms at the Chateau Mont Sainte-Anne were very spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a Studio Luxury Nordik Loft, which has a king size bed and a pull down "murphy" bed along with a kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of four. I found the room to be spacious for all our ski gear, as well relaxing apres-ski. The kitchenette had a stove, dishwasher, full fridge and microwave, along with a toaster and Nespresso machine. It was very convenient to have breakfast in the room. The chateau is immediately adjacent to the base of the South gondola, with a ski locker conveniently located just near the exit. I would recommend a room on the third-floor, as near to the mountain as possible - this avoids the foot-traffic on the second floor for those going to the ski shop, lockers and out to the hill.
