This Marriott outpost enjoys an ideal location on Michigan Avenue – along Chicago's famous Magnificent Mile shopping and dining thoroughfare. The property is home to 1,200 rooms and suites that are outfitted in neutral decor and include beds with pillow-top mattresses, in-room Wi-Fi (for a fee) and HD flat-screen TVs. When it's time for a workout, guests can enjoy the newly expanded fitness center, equipped with treadmills, weight-training machines, stair climbers, recumbent bicycles, rowing machines and more. The Chicago Marriott Downtown also offers a fitness lab, with yoga, Zumba, Pilates and step classes available. Dining options are plentiful as well, with three on-site eateries to choose from serving up everything from grab-and-go meals to farm-to-table fare.
