Classy stay in the heart of Cincinnati

Feb 17th, 2020

This is a nice hotel, previously family owned, with a ton of charisma and modern design. I would highly recommend to anyone whom is traveling on business or just wants a night away in the city. The facilities were maintained extremely well and everything was spotless. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Loved it.

Feb 15th, 2020

So I booked a night downtown, I read several negative reviews on here so I was a little nervous to be honest. To my surprise though, it was a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely nice and pleasant, the place is decorated beautifully, it still has a very classic feel to it. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Can’t wait to stay again. We did have a drink at the restaurant inside, can’t speak to the food but it’s a very convenient spot. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Here for volleyball tournament

To start, there is no clear sign showing any parking. Along with valet being out front, there are no workers out there so you have no where to go except leave your car in a no parking zone. Then to top it off, they don’t inclose as soon as you check in they charge you another room fee of 50$ just in case for any accidentals in the room....ON TOP of 40$ parking. For a 320$ room. Then we head to the hotel restaurant where one person (the cook) is serving tables. We were served spoiled alcohol drinks, and for us being the only table in the building it still took an hour to receive food. For being such an expensive hotel, I would think they would have themselves probably staffed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Night management needs some work

Feb 9th, 2020

Night manager needs some training on how to speak to guests. Just because a guest is no longer in business attire and is in comfort wear is no reason to treat a guess like they don't belong at this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Classic Style

Feb 8th, 2020

As soon as you walk into the revolving door the entry is elegant and classic. The room was inviting and large for a standard room with large screen television and everything you needed for a long stay. The bathroom had two rooms and two sinks along with a large bath tub and shower combo. The large king bed had amazing pillows and super comfortable mattress and heavenly sheets. Includes a nice desk to work on and a nice comfortable chair and ottoman. Over all the hotel was great and I would stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
