Nita and Betty at front desk are amazing. They really helped me a lot with a mistake on my reservation. Everyone was so kind and the property is clean and cozy. I lovedy stay. The view is great. The restaurant was very good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel was wonderful. The pool has an amazing view and is an great outdoor space. The beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom was nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. It isn’t in the downtown area but it’s a 10-15 drive which wasn’t bad. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not a covid practicing hotel

The hotel had plenty of parking and is a newer hotel. the property sits on the water and has a few areas to sit out and enjoy the view. We checked in as Hilton Honors members. Room was ok, ac not great at all. The bathroom faucet leaked everywhere and the shower handle was super loose. The bed was on the firmer side. While there we received an email about specific new covid safety measures including masks required and limited to 10 guest in the pool. Wellllllll, not going to happen; we were told by the front desk person "ownership of the property don't allow them to police their guests" as she had her mask not covering her nose.... we left to pick up a pizza, returned and the lobby was full with two large parties checking in BUT NO ONE had a mask on. The front desk person did not ask them to put on a mask or offer a mask to them. We went for an evening stroll on the lovely grounds, but noticed over 30 people in the pool (as the sign on the gate said to sign up for time slot as ten are only allowed). Why have requirements if no one cares? Under not covid circumstances, an ok hotel. There were many seating areas outside to hang out and enjoy. We cut our stay short due to the number of people and lack of hotel enforcement. Was very upset that we were not given a discount . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel has been completely renovated......not just a fresh coat of paint. The lobby/bar area as well as the rooms are exceptionally clean. All the staff was helpful and the bartender always ready to serve. Highly recommend using this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

When we checked in she told me that I used second party to book that there would be no Hilton honors points. I said ok but can I at least have water which you would have thought I asked her for a million dollars!!! Super rude and I had just came from Hilton in Conway and they added my points. I told her that and she again was rude. Didn’t tell us that we were not getting balcony with water view so we came back down where she rudely told us that it was the last room so take it or leave! I have been using Hilton’s since college and this has never happened. I emailed hotel twice and no response while I was there and none since check out a week ago. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
