Noisy and not comfortable, the quality of cleaning and services is low. We have refused to stay where at all while visited reception. The hotel physically looks rather worse than on pictures - it’s absolutely different TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
At best in summertime

Clarion suites Cannes Croisette is located near the famous Croisette, close to legendary five-star hotels. The neighborhood is quiet in general, and especially if you have a room towards to inner courtyard. I stayed one night in February, while the outdoor pool was empty, and the garden was closed. I can imagine how nice and calm it could be. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast buffet. It's comparable for any same size hotel in a region; the breakfast room is beautiful, staff attentive, and the breakfast selection excellent. I highly recommend you to book bed and breakfast here. Rooms are in good shape, although the style is bit aging. The bathroom was okay, but the layout was almost impossible for a tall guy. I recommend this hotel for a more extended stay and especially during the summer season. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not what it appears from the photos!

The photos make this hotel look far superior than it is. The pool area, despite being advertised with Secret Escapes being open March to October was closed during March for maintenance. However, we never witnessed any maintenance for the 4 days we were there. We asked for a room with a bath. Unfortunately unless you are under 4’5” tall and a size 0 you will not be able to fit in the bath because it is so narrow and has moulding either side to make it even more narrow. Breakfast is extremely poor for 19 euros per person. The supposedly cooked sausages were raw. There wasn’t any provision for toast. The picture of their breakfast bears no resemblance to what is served. Food is not replenished so you have to get to the breakfast early. We arrived at 10 to find hardly anything available. Location is good. 3 minute walk from the sea front. The staff are friendly. Speak very good English. The beds are large and the linen and pillows good quality. Complimentary soft drinks provided in mini bar on arrival. Whilst we were there the fire alarm went off which wasn’t a false alarm. There was an issue in one of rooms in the kitchenette. There was just one person on duty on reception and there appeared to be confusion as to what we should do when in Reception. We used the fire exit to leave the 2nd floor but guests were using the lifts. There were not any Fire Marshalls nor was it clear where we were assemble outside the hotel. There’s plenty of lovely hotels with pools in the area that are more reasonable serving better breakfasts and we are checking out to stay in one of those. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Absolutely loved this hotel, great location, we stayed in a junior suite, for 3 people, plenty of room. Quite a modern hotel in places, pool area is lovely and so peaceful. Staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Loved cocktail of the day too! Can’t wait to return TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed here for 7 nights on a travelsphere tour,(room 408) found the room quite compact with very little wardrobe or storage space, if you were staying for just a few nights it would have been ample. The door frame inside the bathroom and around the connecting door were very loose and could quite easily come away altogether. The biggest fault I found was where the toilet was situated, it was in a little niche but instead of pointing out towards the room it was sideways on and when you sat on the toilet your knees were up against the wall. Somebody designed this and somebody signed to say it was ok, shambles. That's the bad points, it was only a 2 minutes walk to the promenade which had a load of restaurants and high end shops and hotels, weather was beautiful and the area was superb. Only sat by the pool for about an hour to read a book but the sunbeds were not comfortable at all, maybe that's why we didn't see anybody else use this facility. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
