NICE HOTEL AND GREAT LOCATION

Jul 19th, 2019

One of the best locations in Chicago with very helpful & respectful staff! Nicely appointed rooms for business. Would recommend for any business or family travel. The front door staff and concierge very nice. Will come back again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The perfect spot on the river!

Jul 17th, 2019

Club Quarters Hotel, Wacker at Michigan ticks a lot of boxes! It’s right on the river, if you’re catching a train from the airport, it’s about a 7 minute walk or a short Uber from the train station, well air conditioned, helpful staff, and it has a free self service laundry! We came to Chicago after nearly two weeks of travel including a hot week in New York and couldn’t believe our luck that we were able to do our laundry for free where other hotels had only offered an expensive laundry service. In terms of our room, we were treated to a deliciously cool, comfy, and moderately sized room that overlooked the river with its many bridges, and the Trump tower. The room included a nice, comfy bed, a large wooden desk, comfy chairs, and a nice big tv that allowed for streaming from your phone or other device. Each floor had complimentary water bottles and chilled water filter and the hotel also provided complimentary snacks including fruit and m&ms during the day, and free wine in the 2nd floor lounge from 6-7PM for guests. One of the things I loved the most about staying at CQ was the absolutely stunning view every time I walked out of the hotel and this really can’t be overstated. As soon as you walk out, you are created by some stunning buildings that will have you reaching for your. Smear straight away. And you are surrounded by great attractions and eateries. Deep dish pizza? Your big hitters are minutes walk away. Architectural river cruises? The river is right there. Burgers? Shake Shack and Five Guys are both near by. The Bean? Buckingham Fountain? Willis Tower? John Hankock Building? Portillo’s? I could go on and on. In short, this is a gem of a hotel with excellent service with spectacular views and within a stone’s throw of a ton of great attractions, sites and nibbles! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good but not great for the price

Jul 16th, 2019

I had a business trip, and the room was located nice and close to my office downtown, across from the Trump building. The room was one of the smallest I've stayed in for years and years, but was clean and crisp. I was disappointed that a reading lamp was broken (wobbly) over a comfortable chair, and the makeup mirror in the bathroom was also broken (wobbly). It was very pricey for what it was, probably due to an event in town. It was nice and quiet. I'd stay there again, but only if it was a bit cheaper. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
