I enjoyed my stay in the hotel...very convenient location...nice staff ... very clean room ... close to the subway ... I felt safe walking walking late in this area .... police presence was very high around the hotel ... unfortunately the only one restaurant in the hotel closes too early, service in this regard could be better. Excellence in all aspects. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Amenities surpass all expectations from free snacks to refreshments throughout the day. Free Coffee and tea machines and happy hour with complimentary wine. Fresh bottles of water on each floor. Rooms are suite with separate seating area and have two TVs. Bed was super comfortable with premium bedding. Shower had nice flow and very safe, without a bathtub or glass doors. Rooms have an amazing view of 9/11 Memorial. Excellent location, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else next time I'm in NYC. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Internet intermittent at times. Happy hour on expensive side. Comforter soiled but was resolved without a problem Rates are on higher side , but shop around and can find cheaper on internet . Overall we loved hotel and we were very happy and satisfied. We will always check rates on internet if reasonable we will stay and book room. This hotel advertises under two names, Club quarters hotel & World center hotel. FYI. Great location , very clean and overall l would highly recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Don't believe the reviews! This place is bad all around.

Our room had no heat! Upon check in it was 63 degrees in the room. After 30 minutes trying to get it fixed (no engineer on weekends) and complaining to the front desk clerk, who acted as though she hated her job, hated guests, and didn't want to make us happy) we ended up having to heat the room by turning on the shower! They told me to complain to GM, who wasn't there, and after waiting a week for a response from hotel I still haven;t heard anything. They gave me a "free" breakfast, which was AWFUL. Clearly this hotel doesn't care about hospitality, guest experience, or even responding to complaints. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location, close to the financial district and World Trade Center. The view of One World Trade, from our room, was stunning. Overall my wife and I liked the hotel; however, we felt that the cleanliness of the room was a little lacking. The coffee machine in the room was not working. The staff tried to fix it and it broke again. The lounge area on the first floor was a nice touch and they had a great coffee machine there, so the fact that the one in the room did not work, was not a big deal. The World View restaurant, on the 20th floor looked nice; however, we never had time to have a meal there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
