What a Pleasant surprise!!

Easy chk in and out. Friendly staff. We were on the second floor. Took the elevator up with luggage, but on the couple of times we went out we took the stairs as they were close to our room & to the exit door where we were parked. Plenty of parking. WiFi worked well too. Although it’s a fairly large Inn It has a very homey and comfortable feeling. The common area has 2 hot tubs. There’s also lots of tables to eat breakfast which was eggs w cheese or w/o if you ask, sausage, potatoes & biscuit with gravy, lots of fruit, yogurt, cereal & some other stuff. You had to order & they brought it out since buffet style isn’t possible right now. Rooms are normal size and looks as it appears in their photos. Clean, comfortable & quiet room. I will say it gets cold in the room. AC works great. Had to turn it down a good bit. All amenities worked fine. No issues at all. Second floor had a Balcony if it over looked the central inside common area. LOTS of food places and a wide variety of stores within 2 miles. Some are in walking distance. We had a wonderful stay & wish it was more than a night. Highly recommend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Don't book as airport hotel

We chose this hotel for 2 reasons for our layover: (1) free airport shuttle and (2) free breakfast. While the breakfast was good, the advertisement of a free airport shuttle is not accurate. We arrived at Missoula airport and waited some time for a shuttle before calling the hotel. Waited on hold for 10 minutes only to be given a phone number for a third party that they apparently contract out the service to. Called the number, no answer, left a message. Call the hotel, waited on hold again 10 minutes, and was just told "sorry" by the front desk. Eventually got an $18 uber to the hotel. Shuttle number didn't call back until we were at the hotel. For our purposes, would have stayed elsewhere if we had known about the shuttle issue. Also note that it is about a 5-10 minute drive into town. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Another great stay

I think it says a lot when each year this hotel is always excellent. The Staff are always super helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We had a fridge, microwave and a little patio overlooking the waterfall. The hot tubs are always clean as is the pool. The breakfast was good,hot and tasty. Covid facts- hot tubs are available, just 1 family only to each hot tub. In other words your family only,no random guests can get in with your family. The same with the pool. Breakfast is still available as usual, I guess just wash your hands well after eating. Always a great time here,especially for families with kids. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beware in the time of COVID. Hotel doesn't take precautions

Stayed here last week after staying at several other hotels in Missoula and Montana that do a better job with COVID protections. C'Mon Inn clearly doesn't care, which they should, especially given their location along I90 with interstate travelers. Here's what I observed: No face masks on ANY hotel employee No plexiglass partitions at the front desk Had to sign using their pen No hand sanitizer available for use Buffet still operating-- with no one observing social distancing and everyone using the same utensils. Gross Housekeeping not using masks or gloves I noticed that there were signs up about family units only in each hot tub. But really, why take the risk when the hotel clearly doesn't follow other obvious public health precautions? I feel sorry for their employees. At least the national chain competitors have standards in place. And because of their general disregard, they don't appear to take guests' safety to heart. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Love this chain.

Stopped on our way back from Colorado to Oregon. Rooms are always clean. They are offering dinner which was included in the price of the stay. It was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Always stay at these Inns (just dont have enough of them throughout) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
