Fantastic Experience

Jan 4th, 2020

My wife and I stayed there over Chrismas for three nights and we couldn't have been happier. It starts and ends with the friendly and helpful staff. From the valet, to check-in to the bar and restaurant, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean, large and the bed extremly comfortable. I would have bought the pillows if my wife allowed me they were that good. Food and cocktails at the resturant were excellent and the location perfect. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Peaceful retreat in downtown Palm Springs

Jan 2nd, 2020

Charming property on beautiful grounds. Lots of character everywhere! Excellent bar service by the pool. So peaceful and quiet, hard to believe that you are right downtown. We did a lot of hiking and it was great to come back to such a relaxing oasis. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What a deception

Jan 1st, 2020

I’ve booked a ‘casita’ on line and have been ‘upgraded’ to a noisy street view suite... Crap deco. Average restaurant. unfriendly staff and sometimes rude managers. Pool trash bins full of non reusable plastic cups. Room service is a joke. I guess it’s time to lower down prices or invest for an update of this once ‘legendary’ Palm Springs hangout. Classic Hotel

Dec 29th, 2019

Great overall hotel and grounds and close to many restaurants. Very friendly staff. Only down side was the casita does not have a private toilet area. This is a hotel worth checking out, however it does come at a price. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lovely

Dec 27th, 2019

This is a lovely historic hotel which oozes atmosphere. The pool area and spa are lovely and it is centrally located, you can walk to town easily. We really enjoyed our 6 day stay here and would come again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
