Worst experience ever!

Sep 10th, 2020

This is not a place I would send my worst enemy! If you're into drugs, prostitution, shootings, and dirty rooms then this location may be right for you! Otherwise keep driving. Absolutely disgusting!plus it's tucked back away from traffic. Zero security, management and employees are in on the drugs and prostitution. Please don't stay here for your safety and the safety of those around you. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disgusting crack den

Sep 8th, 2020

Didn't even check in. Pulled into the parking lot and there were hookers and druggies milling around eyeing up my stuff as I parked. The parking lot was filled with pot holes and oil spills so you could tell this was not a well taken care of place. I was a single woman travelling alone so I was already apprehensive about the sketchy neighborhood, but when I walked in and the desk clerk was wearing a side arm, that was as far as I got. The lobby was decorated in early brothel and was filthy and smelled. The lobby and entry way phones were hanging off the the walls by a thread and there were stained curtains and broken windows and furniture you could see by the patio area. Wyndham should be ashamed to call this one of their properties. I was going to ask about an early check-in since I was ahead of schedule, but RAN as far away as I could and found another place that didn't reek of flop house desperation. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This is the worst place ever!!! We showed up and the front desk person was drinking as she was helping with another non employee person. She first said there was no room although it was booked and than told us to come look at a room. The room was FILTHY! It had the sheets pulled up and clearly not washed, dog hair all over the room (my son is allergic to dogs), pubic hair on the toilet seat, unwashed sinks! Experience was horrible. I talked to the drunk front desk person who said she would call her manager. They said they would not charge me and cancel the reservation. In fact they did charge me full price and has refused to reimburse me the $121.28 that was promised. When I called back to ask about this she refused to help and hung up on me! DO NOT GO HERE! Worst customer service and plain disgusting! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

the worst place i have every stayed

Aug 20th, 2020

this is the nastiest place I have every stayed, I had to ask for clean sheets because there was bowel on the bed sheets, the floor in the room was so sticky I had to lay bath towels down to be able to walk barefoot. There is a large homeless population on the back side of the hotel, and a lot of drugs being used in the front parking lot daily. They will not refund any of the nights that you have payed for when you check in, so you have to pay for the full time you had booked even if you go to another hotel. I booked here because it was associated with Wyndham, but if Wyndham made a visit there, their name would be removed. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I’d give it a negative number if I could

This place is nothing more than a flop house. Prostitutes and drug addicts live here. The motel is in horrible condition, and the owners run a scam with a towing company. They don’t give you the paper to tape to your windshield that is required in order not to have your vehicle towed, and then they have your vehicle towed in the middle of the night. You’re then charged $298 to get your vehicle back. Save your self exposure to the criminal activity and who knows what diseases in this filthy place and stay elsewhere. There are clean, safe motels and hotels in Colorado Springs that are less expensive. You could stay at a 4 star hotel for less than you spend getting your car back from these crooks.
