Slept Like A King

Dec 8th, 2019

Last minute choice, but glad I chose it. King bed had me asleep in 5 minutes. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Room was very clean, internet was great. Heater made some noise but didn't keep me up. Had to leave early so didn't have breakfast. Tip: 377 Brewery is just down the block. Very walkable and great place for a beer TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Enjoyable stay with a few important points

Dec 8th, 2019

Pleasant and efficient check-in. Room was clean, modern, and beds were soft with heavy comforter which was a welcome change from so many other hotels going to minimal blankets. Breakfast was better than average with your normal selection plus eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. A few things to be aware of. We stayed on the end of the building, floor 1 and the interior door from the hallway slammed all night. It was really loud. We also were woke from sleep with a crying baby next door. I recommend asking for a room on floor 2 or 3 - not floor 1. Also, the water temperature was either very hot (too hot to touch, or cold). Getting the correct temp for a shower was difficult. All in all...GREAT for a budget hotel with good location to airport. Would stay again...but, not at the end of a hallway and not on floor 1. WIFI was fast and we had no problem streaming on multiple devices. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location, but missed the mark on some basics

Nov 30th, 2019

Super location near the airport, and decent pool and fitness room, but disconcertingly lacklustre service. Elevator was broken (had been for several days and was throughout our stay). Luckily, we did not have heavy cases to lug up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast (which runs 6-9:30) was not well stocked at 8:00, but was being re-stocked at 9:15 (doesn’t that just lead to waste?). The bed was comfortable and the room clean, as expected, but the layout was strange: the upholstered chair pushed into the closet area, and the bathroom sink in the bedroom area as opposed to the bathroom. The toilet/tub area was huge, almost as if it was designed as an accessible space, but who would put their accessible rooms on the third floor? It was fine for a couple of nights, but I wouldn't intentionally choose it for a repeat visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very clean and good place to stay for the money

Nov 23rd, 2019

it's hard to believe that there is still a place in Albuquerque that cost $50 for the night, but when you're passing through and you don't want to spend a lot of money this was a good option. The main thing that's important to us is that it is clean, because so many places smell dirty or something is off. This place was absolutely clean. The only thing that was a little difficult for this place was how hard the mattresses, but if they were to get simple mattress pads that would fix that problem nicely. I'll definitely consider stepping back in next time I'm in Albuquerque. Also the breakfast was not too bad, the coffee was very good! And the roles were very fresh. There was a nice surprise since even the main hotels seem to have trouble having fresh items for breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Value and Clean

Nov 20th, 2019

This is an older property that has been taken care of and is a solid value for Albuquerque. Everything was clean, the internet fine, the breakfast solid, and the bed comfortable. However, the recently remodeled exercise room was disappointing as there was no controller for the tv, the air conditioner was dirty with paint and dust, the only NordicTrac was shaky and old, and the weight machine was difficult to use. Only the flooring looked as if it were replaced. In addition, the room had rattles coming from the cabinet when walking on the floor. We discovered the freezer door and the imbalanced microwave were responsible. We taped the freezer door and put some plastic under one side of the device. But, for the price, the quietness, and the breakfast the place was good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
