Our room had several problems. We found food on the floor, the sink plug was sitting on the counter (broken), the grounds holder on the coffee pot was missing, and the bathroom door was warped. The beds were also very soft, and the A/C struggled to keep the room cool. Overall, a very disappointing experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Basic Comfort at a reasonable price

I stayed at this property for six days while visiting family nearby. The hotel is located adjacent to a busy I-25 intersection but is relatively quiet. It is what you would expect for a reasonably priced motel in this category. Comfortable but nothing fancy. Pros: Low rates compared to similar properties Spartan but nicely appointed rooms. Furnishing are slightly upgraded from lower tier hotel chains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean rooms and common areas. A very nice food court within an easy walk of a block. Everything in room worked (see internet comment below) Cons: Covid limited breakfast items quite minimal and almost always unstocked until requested. Internet was poor. While it worked most of the time, and the speed was reasonable, the server resets your connection annoyingly frequently, sometimes every 20-30 minutes. You would have to go through the entire log in procedure to get back online. It disrupted my work the entire six days I was there. One night the power flashed off momentarily. The server was down for almost 24 hours waiting for a “tech” to arrive from three hours away. In the middle of Albuquerque. Really. Not much nearby. Cheap, thin soaps and amenities. Bryce, at the front desk when we arrived was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The room was average but the bathroom was very small and one of the curtains in the room was falling off of the rod. My real problem was with checkout. The information book in the room said checkout was 12:00. At 11:00 housekeeping asked if we were going to check out. Yes. At 11:30 the front desk called and said we had to leave. Checkout was at 11:00. Half dressed and half packed we left. Not very happy about that. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Average stay in Albuquerque

Easy to find. Staff was friendly. No breakfast due to Covid 19. Room was ok. No towel rack...just a hook on back of bathroom door. No non-slip protection in tub. Overall average stay. Would stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This property was undergoing renovations during our stay. Hallways covered in plastic sheeting. Laundry services were unavailable due to equipment not working. At times, there was no personnel at the front desk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
