This hotel needs improving

Jan 25th, 2019

Front desk clerk, Raphael at check-in was great. Got to our room and when tried to turn on the lamp on nightstand between beds, the push button was loose and dropped out the bottom of lamp. Raphael quickly brought another lamp. When I tried to plugin my C-pap machine the outlets on that lamp he brought us did not work. I unplugged the clock radio and used only wall outlet near bed. The bathroom had a burned out lightbulb. The next morning the toilet flush handle broke completely off the tank. The front desk lady came up took pictures called back and said no maintenance person available until the next morning. Offer to give us another room but we had completely unpacked for a 4 nt. stay and had things to do. So flushing by hand taking top off tank lid, but then toilet water running too. Next day we went out sight- seeing to Space Needle, Chihuly Garden & Glass Exhibit etc. When I tried to take a picture from Space Needle with my cell phone battery dead as the outlet on a different lamp on a different table did not hold my plugs to charge my phone or iPad. Cheap lamps. Returned that evening to find toilet very poorly repaired, had to be very careful as it was going to fall off again. Very loose. We cancelled our last night and checked out. Only adjustmen5 was 10%,a total of $30 for 3 nights of inadequate accommodations. Totally not a good experience. Room was very clean. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Quiet and Restful

Nov 13th, 2018

Enjoyed my stay here and found it to be a hidden gem. Tucked away at the canyon park exit of 405 and surrounded by retail and restaurants I was surprised at how quiet and enjoyable it was. When I checked in I was given a King Suite. Some remodeling going on but this only adds to the quality. Very good breakfast! Will return at the end of the month for another stay. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance! Thank you! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We have stayed here previously, rated it average and stayed here again for convenience of location. On check in desk person seemed "indifferent". General sense was that it needed to be cleaned; in our room we found a dirty sock on floor of closet, food splattered on front of microwave and greasy palm and finger prints on the mirror on front of closet door. Room was quiet and beds comfortable. Additionally, washer and dryer costs were several times what other motels we stayed in on trip charged. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean but a little noisy

Sep 25th, 2018

Room and bathroom were both clean but we did hear lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was below average based on choices available. Staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. Location is convenient to get to Seattle TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Getting a Face Lift!

Sep 9th, 2018

Our family stayed in multiple rooms for a wedding weekend. The facility was being remodeled so all the landscaping around the pool was gone. It appeared painting would happen sometime in the near future so much of the exterior was being prepped ... with crews working on the grounds. The rooms were OK but the access to them is limited requiring LOTS of walking which was a problem for our parents who were given a room on the second floor a LONG way from the elevators. The morning buffet was pretty good. There were several soccer teams staying in the hotel but there was still adequate seating. The foyer and seating area around the fireplace were nice for meeting with the family. Oddly given the immense space ... there was a VERY small TV which was not conducive for watching ball games when the area was being used by a lot of people. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
