End of vacation stay... PERFECT!

The ONLY "negative" item I would tell people is, this place is some what... "weird" SO we get up to catch the airport shuttle, check out at 4:33am and the airport shuttle that leave the hotel at 4:30am IS GONE (really? gone where? cause I didn't see ether one of the vans moved) so now is wait time till 5am, then one of the hotel shuttles comes to pick up United airlines crew at around 4:45am-4:50am I ask if we can also get on the shuttle to be told "NO THIS IS JUST FOR CREW" isn't the crew going to the same airport we are taking off from? "YES, but you can't get on..." WELL WHATEVER THE F** so bottom line, IF YOU NEED hotel shuttle make sure you are in the lobby at least 20-25mins before your desired departure time. False advertising

We booked this hotel because it advertised a free airport shuttle which didn’t exist and we were stuck paying 400 pesos for a 2 kilometer ride to the airport. We were also told like the last reviewer that there was no hot water. Also one of our complimentary water bottles that they left in the room was 1/2 full. Ugh. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I would not recommend booking this hotel.

We booked this hotel to sleep after a long flight a few hours and return then to the airport for our next flight in the early morning. In the description of the hotel was written, that a free airport shuttle as well as a continental breakfast is included. First thing the receptionist told us when we arrived late in the evening, that there is no hot water in this hotel at the moment, as compensation they offered a free breakfast (which actually was already included in our booking...). But our next flight was very early, so there was anyway no breakfast then. The free airport shuttle didn't exist. There was a taxi in the hotel where we had to book for 500 pesos. The room was very loud, as we could hear all the noises from the floor. All in all i would not recommend booking this hotel! If you have an other option, than book another hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

SCAM ALERT

I chose to book this room because the site said free 24 hour shuttle to airport. 16 hours before our flight I am trying to schedule shuttle and I am told it will be 300 pesos. I said, the Internet said you have a free shuttle?!!! He says, 24 hour advance notice. That is bull, the site only says contact hotel in advance... which is what I was doing.... it doesn’t specify anywhere on the site it has to be 24 hours. Then I tell him what time I need to be picked up and he proceeds to tell me there aren’t any shuttles at that time. I said the internet says you have a 24 hour shuttle! He says again, 24 hour advance notice. So, I will now have to pay a taxi and it will be 420 pesos. I ask him why the taxi is so expensive for barely a mile away and he pulls out his “chart”. TOTAL RIP OFF! The terminals are only 50 pesos worth drive away! If you’re staying because of this service, don’t. The room and bed were fine and the guy who checked us in was nice enough. Nothing in the direct vicinity of this hotel to do. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Bad bad bad

We were sent here due to a flight cancellation, being the only hotel that would accept our two small dogs. Rooms are fine, beds clean. Trying to order breakfast room service, apparently the menu in our room was no longer relevant and having to go to the front desk to ask, no one seem to know what was going on. In the end we didn’t order breakfast and decided just to make coffee in our room with the coffee provided....oops but no coffee maker...currently still waiting in the coffee maker to arrive to Me room TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
