The service staff— front desk, drivers, even cleaners— were helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself was fine, the restaurant was closed due to COVID, but it was the employees that made an otherwise forgettable hotel truly nice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Convenient to SeaTac rental car return

We spent one night here in early Oct. before a flight back to the east coast. The room was comfortable and furnished with what we needed. We were able to check in a little early. Normally, breakfast is available, but because of covid, nothing was provided. Only decaf coffee was in our room; housekeeping probably forgot to replenish the regular blend. Everything seemed very clean, and masks were mandated in public areas. We’d stay here again if future trips necessitated being close to the airport. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Decent place to stay

I'd actually made a reservation at a Sleep Inn, which is about a mile south of here. That hotel was apparently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and I was greeted on arriving there with a sign saying all reservations had been transferred to the Comfort Inn. I had not been informed of this before my arrival. Fortunately a guard offered to drive me to the Comfort Inn, or I'd have had a very long walk to get there. The staff at the Comfort Inn seemed surprised that I hadn't been informed of my reservation being transferred, but they were very pleasant. They even lowered my rate slightly because of the trouble. The Comfort Inn is obviously quite a bit older than the Sleep Inn, but it ended up being a very pleasant place to stay. The room was small, but well appointed, and it was very quiet. The whole building was immaculately clean. On my departure the hotel shuttle took me to the airport quickly and efficiently. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the Angle Lake light rail station, which provides direct access into the city. Unfortunately aside from other hotels and the headquarters of Alaska Airlines, there's pretty much nothing near the hotel closer than a ten-minute walk away. The lack of nearby businesses was particularly annoying since the hotel wasn't serving breakfast due to COVID-19 regulations. I ended up grabbing a surprisingly tasty bite at a convenience store near the light rail station. While I didn't choose to stay here, it wasn't a bad hotel. The usual rate appears to be quite a bit higher than the $80 a night I paid, though, and I'm not sure it would be worth it. For the rate I paid, though, it was a perfectly decent place to stay. They are taking COVID serious.

Plenty of things marked off, masked being worn. The hotel decor and colors in the room were nice and modern. Furniture was a bit scuffed and I did have a couple of times when I could hear people being loud, but overall a good stay. There is a little lake/park right across the street which looked fun to visit, but unfortunately it was really crowded, no social distancing, no masks, lot of weed smells. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Noise and weed. Mask free.

First of all I actually didn’t book this hotel but a sister property that apparently was closed due to Covid. So I was move here but only found out when I received an email saying it was too late to cancel my original reservation. Sneaky. I read through some previous reviews and kudos to the insight of some of them. First the place is dated. The rooms smell musty when you enter and the noise is exceptional. You hear the traffic from the road, the planes from the airport and the imbeciles in the corridors all night. There are a ton of people just hanging outside or sitting in their cars smoking dope and this adds to the whole skanky ambience. I put a do not disturb sign on my door and someone came in anyway. When I asked the front desk about this she told me she had just come on shift so she didn’t have an answer, My room key didn’t work on day two so I had to go back to the front desk to get into my room. There was understandably no breakfast due to Covid but not even a to go bag of something edible. WiFi spotty at best. I didn’t see any staff wearing masks. The room was cleaned well by the housekeeping team so that’s a positive. Crappy area. Noisy and old. Lots of other hotels to choose from that are just as close to airport. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
