We went here as a couple on an impromptu roadtrip to Toronto. I consider this place very good overall, but there are a few things to know. - The rooms do not have a mini fridge, so don’t pack any food that needs refrigerating. - Since we had our two dogs with us that we left in their crates when we left the room, we left the "do not disturb" sign on at all times to avoid them being disturbed by a stranger coming in and moving stuff around/cleaning, especially cause they’re terrified of vacuums. On our second morning, they actually called our room at 8:45 to know if we needed any cleaning. Luckily we were already up, but our alarm was actually only supposed to go off at 9:30 that morning... to me, if I put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, there’s a very high likelihood that I will be sleeping and/or that I don’t want to be disturbed... So I found it a little disrespectful to call my room at 8:45, but, again, didn’t make a big deal since I was already up (though they had no way of knowing this since I hadn’t set a foot our of my room yet). - I was glad to know that they accept pets, but nowhere does their website mention a 15$ "pet charge" fee. 15$ isn’t much, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but our dogs were with us at all times, and they were in their crates any time that we left the room without them. I’m not sure how they can justify charging 15$ before even knowing if my pets did any kind of damage/mess. On a more positive note, it was pretty inexpensive and very well located. It took us only about 20-30 minutes to get downtown Toronto (even with traffic, the longest it took us was 35 mins). There are restaurants and other services nearby, though I wouldn’t say anything is walking distance. The link train is very close, so with a short walk, you can taie that train to Terminal 3, from which you can take the UP express and get downtown within an hour. Overall, I would recommend. Greatest Staff all Around
Jun 14th, 2020
My husband and I had to stay in Toronto because our daughter is in Sick Kids and due to Covid 19 we couldn't get into Ronald McDonald House right away. The Sales Manager was amazing and gave us the same rate when we continuously had to extend our stay due to our daughter's stay. She always asked how our daughter was. Even all of the staff asked us about her whenever we walked by them. Overall, they are amazing staff here! Very friendly and cared about their guests. Their safety measures they have in place for Covid 19 is also amazing. Even though they could not offer their usual hot breakfast, they do offer breakfast bags for guests which is a helpful alternate. Thank you guys for all your help and kind words. We are truly blessed to have stayed here with such kind individuals. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
WORST SERVICE EVER!

They lies on their website. Free shuttle don’t exist and you have to pay $35 cab on your own to get there. The free breakfast they mention is not here neither, and they don’t even give a damn coffee for customer. They use the easy excuse of Covid 19 to not provide any basic services but still attract customers by showing everything everywhere, to let people believe they'll have these things. After booked room and came, you sadly notice the scam! Avoid and go your way... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
WILL stay again..already booked!

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times now., mostly because of the value. It is VERY close to the airport., & the prices for park'n'fly package is much lower than that of other hotels. I stayed last August, October, then again in Dec./2019. We are already booked for December 2020 IF all is well by then. The rooms aren't luxurious by any stretch, but they are CLEAN, which is most important. Beds are very comfortable., & the washroom is spacious..enough that my travelling companion can put on her makeup while I'm showering, but it gives us both the privacy we need. I'm with the understanding that some of the rooms have been updated, but I have not experienced this as yet. Whenever friends are travelling, I have recommended the Comfort Inn Toronto Airport to them. About the only small problem we've encountered is the parking., but everything has always worked out fine to our satisfaction. After all, if you have booked & paid for a park'n'fly, one should have a parking space. People will park their cars in the lot, when they don't have a park'n'fly package, which is unfair to those who do have the package. The Sales Manager, Zeva is fantastic..always friendly, always willing to help. About the only thing(s) I don't like about the Comfort Inn is the restaurant. I find the food to be very plain. We did experience the free breakfast, however it was passable & we not longer partake in the free breakfast, but will have something at the airport. What we now do is have our dinner on the way to the Comfort Inn, which guarantees we'll have a delicious meal prior to our arrival. We have saved upwards of over $65 by staying at the Comfort Inn. If you want value for your money., comfortable beds, etc...this is the place to stay! I'm sitting here typing with the hope that this virus fiasco subsides enough that travel is permissible, & we are able to go on our planned holiday. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I have stayed here a few times over the past year, so I am familiar with this property. Tonight, i checked in and was very impressed with the service. The girl at the desk was great, I also needed to park my car for a couple nights while I'm out of town and they were very accommodating. Just an overall good experience and well worth the money for the stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
