Consider anything else

Took 20 minutes for check in because clerk could not operate computer. They advertise a hot breakfast but all items are prepacked refrigerated that YOU put in the microwave. YOU have to make your breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Location for Shopping Trip

Aug 12th, 2019

Stayed at the Home2Suites on a shopping trip to the King of Prussia Mall with my granddaughter. The hotel entrance is a little tricky to find, but the location is very convenient to the mall, the rooms were clean and well kept and a great value. I would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Awesome experience

Very nice hotel. Great accommodations. Gas grills on the beautiful patio. Full size frig with large freezer. Fantastic room. The bed was so comfortable I overslept. Everyone was so professional and pleasant. Definitely will be staying there in the future TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very Nice Hotel

Jul 29th, 2019

I'm giving this hotel a 5 instead of a 4 because the items of concern to me were very minor. My daughter and I arrived around 10:30 p.m. and had checked in via the app and had the room key on my phone. We get to the room and the app doesn't open the door. When we went to the front desk, we learned that the corporate system was down. We were given room keys. The room layout was quite nice. There was more storage than in most hotel suites and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning, when I took a shower, there was no conditioner. ACK! I have long hair and when I don't use conditioner, it is rather snarly. I didn't take conditioner in my toiletry kit, because the Neutrogena products provided by Hilton do a nice job. I was told upon checkout that the hotel had run out of conditioner the day before. Not sure how this happens, but again, I can overlook that. The hotel was clean and comfortable in spite of these things. The staff was truly very nice to us and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. I will stay here again when I'm in KoP or going into Philadelphia and don't have to stay in center city. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good Property, Lousy Service

Jul 16th, 2019

This was my first stay at this property and at a Home2Suites by Hilton. Frankly, I am not impressed. The room was fine. Nothing special, but clean and comfortable. This is a newer hotel. The breakfast is a joke and the room was just not worth the rate. My biggest issue is/was with the service. I had two occasions to need the front desk. BOTH TIMES I called- no answer on multiple attempts. I called the outside line from my mobile phone, no answer. I walked to the desk. TWO EMPLOYEES in the room behind the front desk eating and talking. Apparently I interrupted them because I received nothing but attitude. There are too many other Hilton properties in the area to put up with bad service. Go to another hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
