We came to the Conrad over the weekend to celebrate my best friend birthday. Before we even checked in Sophia was texting me to let me know she was available if we needed help upon check in. Frank at the pool bar was so nice to us, knowing that we were celebrating our friends 32nd birthday. Saturday night we were running a little behind from our hair appointment and had to rush back to the room to get ready for dinner. I text messaged Sean at the front desk asking if we could get drinks poured at the bar for us to save time. The moment we got out of the elevator I asked the gentleman if he was Sean, he said yes and our drinks were at the bar waiting for us...talk about customer service! The bartenders Ricky and Carlos were so amazing and accommodating the whole time! This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it will not be the last. I frequent Miami and this will be the place I stay. Your staff goes above and beyond for their customers, I cannot say enough good things about this property! Until next time! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed at the Conrad Miami for a weekend get away after months of staying at home. The front desk Ema was very friendly and polite. Very informative on the hotel property. Made our stay a delightful. Our room had a beautiful view and was very clean. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I stayed at the Conrad for a quick visit to Miami. I failed to do some research on their Covid cutbacks and was a bit disappointed to find a lack of breakfast at the property. After doing some research I realized it was published on the Hilton app. Nonetheless the hotel was in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was relaxing and the bartender was great. The customer service from Brian and Sean is top notch. I was annoyed at the cutbacks that I didn’t see beforehand and they totally went out of their way to keep me a satisfied guest. I’m a big Conrad fan and the Miami property definitely shows the commitment to great customer service. I can’t wait to return post Covid-19. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and everything was great until my co-worker and I went to the bar and restaurant. My co-worker and I ordered drinks and some snacks so we could enjoy the amazing view outside. We ordered two martinis from the female bartender, Daniela. The martini’s were HORRIBLE. We went back to the bar and told the lady we didn’t like it and if we could order something else instead. When we received our check I was shocked to see that she charged me for the martinis that tasted horrible!!!!! I asked her to take it off since we didn’t drink it and she said she couldn’t since there was no manager to void it in the system....This is unacceptable!! I’ve been to plenty of high end bars that provide great customer service and wouldn’t charge me for drinks that were sent back to the bar. I told the bartender that I would pay for it but I will talk to the manager tomorrow to receive my refund. I went to the front desk to complain about the situation and they told us that Daniela, the bartender was the manager to help assist me. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of money for drinks that were terrible!!! The customer service was horrible, especially for a manager to lie about asking another manager to void my 2 drinks. How could they hired a manager, that is a bartender that is terrible at making drinks...for the rest of my trip my co-worker and I went to local restaurants and bars instead with better service. Over the last few years, I have stayed at this hotel 10+ times and it is a very good hotel option in Miami. On arrival, the staff working the curb and reception are very friendly and accommodating. Check in is always swift and easy, with beautiful views from the reception lobby itself. The rooms are of a good size and are maintained well. Owing to the location of the hotel, you’ll also often get a great view too! Breakfast (pre covid) was great and a very reasonable price. It was never too crowded, the staff worked hard and the food was of a very good standard. The ability to have breakfast on a balcony overlooking Miami is fantastic. The local area is pleasant enough and many restaurants and shops are within a good walking distance of the property. Should you need to go further, the staff will help you to get a taxi etc... The hotel is on the high floors of the building so it’s a little annoying that you have to use several elevators to get to your room, so don’t forget something! Or else it will take you a long time to go and grab it. I and my partner have stayed at Conrad’s around the world and this is a very good property. Other Conrad’s have a real wow factor, that this one doesn’t. However, the hotel is still great! It’s just not as amazing as other Conrad’s elsewhere. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
