Exchanged for a week immediately after Aruba opened its borders to the USA. Got a rapid test 72 hrs. prior to arrival with my adult daughter rather than waiting at the airport to be tested which made it easy to enter the country seamlessly. I would recommend that if possible travelers test in advance of their arrival if they can do so. The resort staff as well as local businesses followed safety protocols but not all visitors wore masks although for the most part they followed safe distance protocols. The resort and the Aruba people lived up to their excellent reputation. This was not my first visit to an Aruba timeshare and so far Costa Linda’s beauty and hospitality puts it in first place on my preference list. Unfortunately, at the end of my week’s stay, COVID cases began to rise thus putting tourism at this moment in jeopardy. I wish the country Godspeed in eradicating active cases and in the recovery of those who are ill. Aruba was quite aggressive in ensuring that COVID 19 did not become an epidemic in their country and I’m sure that they are working hard to keep their people safe and their borders open. Our home away from home. We love Aruba, anywhere you stay here you will like! Rooms are a lil musty but thats to be expected since 4 months of non use, otherwise a great vacation. Lots to do. Food on the island is delicious. Never do all inclusive for food only drinks if your a drinker we are not! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Think contracts need a clause protecting renters from getting no refunds from good faith renting. I know of two owners week June 12-18 not willing to refund or work with renters. Planes are t opening up till 6/15 and very limited on number of travelers. I would stay away from the costa Linda resales & rental board! Property always has been one of the best but acts like this are very unethical people. Rent from renaissance private island and great exchange system thru Marriott!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This resort always excels with its absolutely awesome staff that treat its guests like family to the beautiful wide beach. We never tire of coming back and already can't wait for Aruba to open up again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Beware who you rent from

Beautiful relaxing property. Unable to go this year due to island being closed from pandemic. The owner will not refund our money although most owners are working with the renters on refunds. Check as much background on owners as you can before you rent. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
