Not bad. Seems clean and up to date

Quiet hotel. No breakfast (except takeout snacks) because of COVID. Bathroom fan comes on with the light, a huge annoyance. Slow WIFI at night, odd for a fiber town. Room had slight smoking smell. Has under-window AC unit with wall control. No power plugs or USB near the bed. Had to unplug the lamp. No masks worn by staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Work Stay during COVID-19

Despite traveling for work during the COVID-19 the hotel did a fantastic job to adapt and accommodate our needs. The breakfast bar was closed due to health regulations and social distancing guidelines but the staff still made sure we had grab-and-go bags of fruit, granola bars and a water bottle to take out of the lobby in the morning. That was very cool! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Very uncomfortable beds, lots of highway noise, crappy cold and small pool.

Stay somewhere else If you can. The beds and rooms are very worn and ours smelled of stale cigarettes. The highway noise was so loud and the crappy beds made it hard to sleep. There are better hotels with water parks I’d choose TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My wife and I usually stay here when visiting family, and it’s usually nice. These last few times however there have been a number of other families staying that let their kids run around the halls, slam the doors, and scream down the halls till well after midnight; while they drink beer in the lobby, pool and wherever else. We have stayed at the Disney Value resorts with families from all over the world and have never dealt with people like this. I feel like some of the families here don’t think there is anyone else staying at the hotel besides those come for some tournament. To them I have to say that there are those here for other reasons and quiet is appreciated. I can understand wanting to relax and that your weekend is being consumed with travel, but please respect others that are here as well. To the hotel management, quiet hours, unattended children, and/or food/drink location policies would be strongly encouraged. If these policies already exist staff should feel empowered to enforce them and guests should be informed of them at check-in. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
