COUNTRY INN AND SUITES REVIEW
Jul 10th, 2020
would not recommend anyone to stay here until there have been major changes in quality and presentation. Wallpaper in the halls was peeling, the room we were assigned was dirty(crumbs in the fold out),got moved to a new room and the toilet had a leak in there. Rather than get moved again we decided to switch hotels. We were offered a discounted rate at the Hilton for our troubles but ended up staying at the holiday inn which was $10 more than the radisson and substantially nicer. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times but it’s gone downhill. The elevator and front entrance stayed dirty with the same mess our entire stay, the elevators and hallways were 80°+, room prices have gone up but no real improvements, carpet felt moist, mini fridge didn’t work, bed was hard as a rock, there was rust running down the side of the tub, what looked like sandpaper in the bottom of the tub was used for anti slip purposes, and the staff has become unpleasant. After 3 years we will have to find somewhere else to stay from now on as it’s gotten progressively worse. It’s very convenient for us for our needs, but with the price increase without better amenities, I can’t justify staying there any longer. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Hotel has declined in terms of quality and service
Jun 18th, 2020
I have stayed many times at this hotel and it is was usually a good value for the money but they have steadily declined and my last stay will be my last. As a rewards member, I am very surprised and disappointed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Beautiful renovations ! Great bargain too!

I grew up in OKC and stay here when going to AZ for winter from NJ and then visit again when going back. This stay was during the coronavirus crisis. I was given a gorgeous king suite (805) which I loved! The hotel itself has a new outdoor paint job and also the interior floors and doors are repainted , looks spiffy! The bed was SO comfortable, I slept great both nights! They also have free books in the lobby (to read and return) and I read a wonderful book about the first wife of King Henry VIII! I noticed they also had some childrens' books! I also love walking the safe neighborhoods in back of the hotel! I have stayed here for years and this is the BEST location to go anywhere in the city; close to Penn Square Mall, many restaurants, highways, etc. The staff is just great, including manager, Scott and Ed, John, etc...... Since the coronavirus was in full force, my brother (who lives in the city) we walked to eat at Sonic and sat outside. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A Little Tired

A revisit after some years and the hotel although ok it felt it was now a little tired . That said it was clean and comfortable and no major complaints . Would have to think about another visit tho . Location is good for road access . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
