Not a good hotel

Hotel needs updating & a good cleaning (i.e. hallways, laundry room, stairwells, etc) Wifi didnt work half the time unless you sat in the bathroom. Front Desk & Maintenance not friendly. Wouldn't stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed here for one night. Our room was fine. Nothing special. Bathroom could use a remodel. The lobby could also use a makeover with new furniture, rug, etc. best asset this hotel has is the pool area. Pool area is very nice with room to swim along with a water slide and kiddie pool. Extremely disappointed in the breakfast area which was pretty much shut down except for cereal, toast, and bagels. Regardless of covid or not, being shut down is just being lazy. Other hotel breakfasts are fully open and just taking necessary precautions. Unsure if ill stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great place to stay for families

Pool area is great for families. Waterslide is a plus and the water temp was awesome! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and mostly clean (needed vacuuming). I would definitely stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Rude employees. Terrible staff

If you are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay with a reasoning and understanding staff, this is NOT the place for you. We have 3 rooms for 7 nights. ONE wrist band was misplaced by my 3 year old, when I asked if I could simply get one for her just for the night to go swimming he blatantly told me no. Robert clearly was enjoying his use of "power" since he used phrases such as "He doesnt have to" "I dont need to." When asked for him to call his manager he refused. This is our normal place to stay multiple times a year, and now I will be sure to use any other hotel in the future, and I hope you do to! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Work on cleaning.

We came for a family event. Pool is great. Nice and warm a nice little area for little kids. The room needed deep cleaning and the check in staff didn’t communicate with us at all besides taking payment and signing paper. Beds were comfy. I was concerned because our room was right next to the elevator but to my surprise it was very quiet and no disruptions. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
