Great Customer Service

Jan 21st, 2021

The customer service was great. We arrived late and were offered a late check out which we appreciated. We had another issue that was resolved a few days after we checked out & I found this acceptable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Needed an airport hotel

Jan 3rd, 2021

The hotel was clean and bright/ well-lighted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was amazing. I had to set an alarm to catch an early flight but didn't want to get off the oh-so-comfortable mattress! The hotel provided quick shuttle service to and from the airport. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot during our trip, which was very much appreciated. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We had our Suburban and trailer stolen out of their parking lot! We checked in fairly late and the front desk person suggested we park right across from the drive-through in a well lit area in full view of the check-in area. It was stolen sometime between 11:00 pm and 9:00 am when I went out to check on it. The hotel has NO security cameras or guards patrolling the property. We learned the next day that Albuquerque is one of the top three cities in the nation for stolen vehicles. If you have to stay overnight in Albuquerque, choose a hotel that has ACTIVE security procedures, and even then, don’t leave ANYTHING of value in your vehicle. I would also suggest you have your license plate info, your VIN, and your insurance documents with your personal luggage. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Typical Marriott

Nov 30th, 2019

This is a a nice Marriott property, it's fairly easy off the freeway but a little difficult to see if you're using your phone GPS just have faith in it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean the beds we're firm and comfortable the room had a little refrigerator counter and coffee table so we could make our fresh drip coffee in the morning. There is also a bistro that serves breakfast, although as a member I kind of expected a complimentary one but didn't get it, and has Starbuck products which is a little step above your average Express hotel. Even though it was close to the airport it was not loud it's also close enough to the downtown so if you want to go to one of the museums or the nearby parks it's not a big deal and it's also on the far side of Albuquerque so you can get beyond the early morning rush hour if that's what you want to do. Everything was as expected. Except dinner....we were exhausted and went down to the dining room not expecting a lot. Christian was in charge of everything. He was great, the food, service, understanding of special things we wanted. I PROMISED I would write and, now that we're home from our trip, we want to thank Christian for making the first night of our trip wonderful!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
