The Hotel was clean

The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice. My problem was the Elevator closest to our room didn’t work. I have a bum foot and had to use the stairs to the second floor. There are as no carts to help you get your luggage to your room. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Billy Graham Library. The hotel is a little difficult to get in & out of and has a small parking lot. We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spacious and had a good air conditioner. We were not told that room would not be cleaned so we expected it to e cleaned and coffee & towels replenished. Other hotels during this trip have informed us of any oddities to normal routine. Not a terrible place to stay but probably lots of better choices. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Wonderful customer service & perfect accomodations

I stayed at the Courtyard Billy Graham Parkway on my way out of town for a trip. It was a quick stay but the hotel was perfect. The customer service of the girls at the front desk as well as the housekeeping staff was amazing. They were all so friendly and accommodating. Even though the Bistro was closed the hotel offers grab & go options for breakfast as well as complimentary coffee is the lobby. The rooms were clean and nothing seemed out of place. For a hotel to be in good standing after going through pandemic gives me hope for the new way of travel. Next time I stay in Charlotte I will be sure to stay at this hotel again! Quick Stay, Great Hospitality

Stayed here on an unexpected overnight when my flight got diverted and I missed my connection in CLT. For a Courtyard, this is one of the nicest I’ve been to. Lots of very nice, brand new gym equipment. Great patio with a fireplace for sitting outside. Pool looks nice but it was closed due to corona. Rooms recently remodeled and everything was nice & new. Cafe was shut down but they had free coffee in the lobby. Would not hesitate to stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I received a warm welcome after a long day of delayed flights. The room was clean and cozy, the staff very accommodating. However, the Bistro was closed & there were no options for breakfast, there was no shuttle to the airport. Both elevators were out of order and the people across the hall were very loud throughout the night. The taxis, ubers and Lyfts were in high demand making it difficult to secure a ride to the airport the next morning. While I appreciate the rest in a clean room & clean shower my experience here was not good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
