Great Value & quality for travelers

Spacious clean room with everything you need, priced right. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Mobile check-in is offered. Convenient for travelers on I-75. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Incredible bad service. Worst Marriott that I had ever stayed. In the morning we did not have water to shower nor to clean ourselves. The front desk person lacks empathy and customer service. The hotel has problems with internal reparations and remodeling, but the major issue is the staff. Finally they are not cleaning the rooms daily. The information is not in the reservation app and is not available when you do checking mobile. They argued that the information is in the rooms, however it was not in ours either. We stayed here while traveling from Louisiana to Ft. Myers Beach. Nice clean place. It's an older building, but it is well kept. Friendly staff. Close to 75 and many restaurants nearby. We would stay there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My husband and I stayed there for 7 weeks during the height of COVID-19! The staff was so accommodating to our special needs. We can't say enough about this excellent staff!!! The rooms were always cleaned whenever we asked, The restaurant of course wasn't opened during this time but any restaurant you could want is with in 1 mile. Great location right off the I75 exit. We’re driving from Miami to Louisiana and decided to break up trip with night in Gainesville. Checked into Courtyard for 1 night, and found it to be a standard courtyard property, consistent quality. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Due to the virus, Florida hotels have not yet opened restaurants for in room dining, the hotel offered a “ to go” breakfast. The room was clean, bed firm, shower worked well, so no complaints, met expectations for Courtyard. I’m a lifetime Platinum Bonvoy member, and was given a choice of 500 points or $10 credit for drinks, snack. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
