Very pleased throughout my 6-day stay

Everything was neat and clean. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. When help was needed, the front desk was always ready to assist, whether for a problem with the laundry machine or extra towels or even with a return flight glitch - special thanks to Randy for his ability to get the ticket printed. The Bistro restaurant ladies were so sweet. Thanks to the entire staff for your excellent service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great Stay, and great staff!

Hit this hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the rooms were very spacious. I had a king size bed, large living area, and a very large bathroom! Would have gave this hotel 5 stars but the bed was very uncomfortable and the parking was difficult, had to park way in the back almost near Walmart. Not big issues at all, just time for some new mattresses. Will definitely stay here again, next time I am in Jacksonville. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Awesome Hotel

This Courtyard is a very nice hotel in a very good location close to restaurants and shopping. We had a 4th floor room that was very nice and had a comfortable bed. There is a nice e pool and hot tub located just out the back TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Nice Stay

Stayed here while in town for football game. Nice location and plenty of free parking. Near Walmart and plenty of restaurants. Hotel was undergoing remodeling,but noise wasn’t a issue. Front desk was pleasant and friendly Pool was nice and clean Would definitely stay again TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

We Were Left Stranded by Carnival Cruise Lines

So, we were left stranded by Carnival Cruise Lines because we were 20 minutesSo, we were left stranded by Carnival Cruise Lines because we were 20 minutes late. We got turned around at the gate, the ship was still there, and they knew we had encountered a storm while driving. Having said that, we were devastated, not just because we had driven 9 hours, but because this was our honeymoon we never got to go on. My husband, who is a Veteran in the Military, who had never been on a cruise, was so deflated...We then looked for a place to stay so we could gather our thoughts so we looked on our Marriott app and found this hotel. THEY WERE WONDERFUL TO US! When we checked in, they were sympathetic and comforting, as we shared our story, and encouraging! This morning, as we were getting off of the elevator, a young man greeted us with huge smile and pleasantries, even the housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!! The young lady at the desk was nice, pleasant and professional also! You have no idea how this staff and an extremely comfortable night’s sleep turned our frowns into smile!! It was a breath of fresh air! God knew what we needed, and these people were in our paths to encourage us! Blessings to each of them! Glory to My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Make Him Yours!! late.
