Excellent choice

Nov 15th, 2020

I used this property on an overnight stay for a connecting flight. The building is across T1 of the airport, linked with a walkway. If you arrive/leave from T2 you cam take a reliable free shuttle. The building is massive but the hotel feel homey. Rooms are not luxurious but they have everything you need. Bathroom is large and has all amenities. Wifi is good all across the property. Breakfast at the restaurant is quite tasty. Mine was included and it was top notch. Convenience, services and cost are a very difficult mix to beat. Highly recommended. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great service and reliable hotel

Nov 8th, 2020

Staff are fantastic here - reception, restaurant, security - everyone we interacted with was great. Really enjoyed our room, not modern but very spacious, clean and comfortable big bed. WiFi was fantastic for work. Food was good too. Really recommend if you need to stay at the airport. Day of the dead decorations were beautiful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Loud hotel

Nov 7th, 2020

Extremely loud hotel, and poor room service!!!!!! I'll think twice before I come back to stay here, I asked them for earplugs and didn't have it, I wasn't offered an alternative. So inconsiderate of people who stay here, TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Attached to the Airport

Oct 19th, 2020

Very conveniently located at Terminal 1 and you can avoid even walking out. When you arrive from an International flight, after you get off Customs, walk to gate 7, take the escalator to level one and cross the airbridge. There are plenty of signs to the hotel. The hotel seems new, staff is wonderful, check-in prompt, and they check your temperature and give you sanitizer. Rooms are clean, the linens and furniture seems new. The airport noise was almost absent and I slept well. There is a breakfast and dinner restaurant on site. Along the airbridge to the departure lounge there are plenty of Mexican and International restaurants open late in the night. A pharmacy is also present on the ground level. There was also a bus ticket office to book tickets to various nearby cities. Taxi to city center can be conveniently taken stepping out of the airport on the ground level. Plenty of security personnel around at all time of the day. I used this hotel as a layover for the night for my domestics flights early in the morning. If you domestic flight is in Terminal 2, it is easy to get there taking the airport train after showing you boarding pass or you can take a shuttle bus plying between the terminals by paying a 20 peso fee to the drive. The stop is just on the ground level too. The hotel has a shuttle bus , but it is not plying at the moment due to the pandemic. This hotel could be a stop place to stay when visiting Mexico City during healthier times, as plenty of ground transportation options are available to visit Mexico City tourist spots. Very Convenient

Oct 10th, 2020

Excellent hotel attached to Terminal 1. Good service and very clean. Gym and Business Office closed during my stay due to the pandemic. Good tv channels available. Restaurant menu with limited options, in special for breakfast, which have more Mexican options. Buffet was not operating during the pandemic. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
