Free shuttle is a game changer

Mar 28th, 2020

We stayed here Valentine's weekend with a few other couples and it was a great experience! Rooms were very spacious, beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean and roomy. It's a great location but being the dead of winter, it was pretty cold, so the biggest surprise was the free shuttle. Since downtown Portland is all pretty concentrated, we had the shuttle take us to lunch and then simply called when we needed to get picked up, and did that for pretty much all of our meals. Just make sure you tip after each ride--on one of the rides, we waited to catch the guy on the way back and there was a shift change. We were able to save a bunch on Ubers. Overall, would definitely go back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent hotel

Feb 29th, 2020

We booked the hotel for a one night stay over to attend a wake for a good friend. The hotel staff was friendly, informative and engaging. The hotel is rather new and well furnished. While it is close and walkable to the downtown they offer a shuttle service to and from restaurants and places of interest. If back in the area we will stay there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Hotel in a great location

Feb 28th, 2020

The hotel and its amenities are great. As are the Valet staff of Matt, Jake, Billy, Ryan and Sam. The weather can be a challenge when you work outside as they do, but they were very quick and polite each day. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Construction!!!!! Skip this hotel until 2021

Jan 4th, 2020

Lovely staff and clean rooms could not counter the awful view and beeping trucks that are right outside your window. Another negative is no breakfast and a totally understaffed bar and food court. A one or two person staff at the food & drink bar gets backed up immediately once there are over 5 or 6 customers (one mixed drink order and the lone fellow was indisposed for 5 minutes) . You would think that an "under construction" neighborhood would have the hotel offering a bit extra. Nope! Full price and less service. Front desk people were lovely, valet park guys were terrific.... but unless you don't mind construction, this might be a temporary skip. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean & Comfy

Dec 28th, 2019

We had a king bed that was clean and comfortable. Our bathroom was clean too. The hotel is in a great location. Minor complaints: coffee was not complimentary in the lobby. You can use the keurig in the room, but that’s it if you like more than 2 cups. Valet parking for $21per night or find free parking somewhere on street, if lucky. Or pay metered parking 2 hours at a time. But we would stay there again. Portland has so much to offer in a quaint city by the water. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
