Hotel Needs a Renovation

I stayed here in May for a business trip and my room was sad and dingy. It needs an update. The lobby area was dated as well and needs a renovation. The staff at the front desk and Starbucks was friendly and inviting. Check in and check out were also a breeze. The king bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the desk area to prepare for my meeting. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice Clean Hotel

The hotel was nice. It appears to eirther by releativly new or recently renovated. The gym was very nice in size. Many different pieces of equipment. Also, a large area for CrossFit. the only drawback to this hotel was location of nervy resturants. Yes, this hotel does have the Bistro but outside there was onlly 1 option within waling distance. This is the only reason that this did not receive a 5 star. If outside resturants do not concern you then this would be a 5 star. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Employee hospitality is the best I have ever seen. Their pleasantness made my day during every day of the stay. Rooms are wonderful. Lobby and complimentary newspapers are great. Check out time is perfect. I wish all hotels were that great. The location is not too far from my favorite food source , the "Whole Foods Market". Also not too far from Woodland Hills Mall, and downtown restaurants and Tulsa performing arts theatre. Easy driving to Philbrook museum. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This was a nice hotel and located close to the BOK where we needed to go. The only issue was, when we booked the room we booked a suite according to the website that had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. When we got to the hotel and checked in, we went to our room and it was a regular room with no sofa bed. We had 2 adults and our 3 grandkids so we obviously needed sleeping arrangements for 5 people. My husband went down to the front desk and said we had reserved a suite online and we were told they didn’t have any suites at this hotel. After some discussion she said they might have 1 available. It just so happened that it was and so we moved to that room. The next morning we did have breakfast at the restaurant and it was actually really good food. The food didn’t come out at the same time though it came out 2 at a time and then we waited then 2 more came out and then we waited a while for the last one. Other than that it was a nice hotel. It seems it just had some issues with the staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Pleasant and Relaxing Experience!

My visit to Tulsa was to experience the life and culture of the city. The distance from the airport to the hotel was a good 10-12 minutes with no traffic at all. I arrived at past 4 pm and it was an easy ride to the hotel. The weather was quite warm upon arrival so the cool airconditioning was a a relief as I entered the room. The bed was very comfortable, the closet was just the right size since I just stayed 3 nights at the hotel. What stood out the most was the warmth of the staff that greeted you in the hallway, at the front desk and the servers at the bistro. The avocado toast was awesome! I loved this and had it for two consecutive breakfasts. The combination of the pickled onions with the avocado was just right. There was a hard boiled egg that went with the toast. Please check foto. Finally, there is a computer near the front desk where you can print your boarding pass for free. I've been in a lot of hotels who charge you per page or you need to email them the boarding pass for them to print it. In this hotel, there is a printer beside the computer and you can print the boarding pass by yourself without having to call on anyone. Very convenient!
