Nice stay with no major problems

Jan 23rd, 2020

We stayed as a couple (my boyfriend and myself) for one night for the first time and found employees to be accommodating and professional. Hotel has been renovated and our room was overall clean and everything worked. We did not use the bistro. Outdoor pool was freezing cold and full of leaves, so we didn't use it. Hot tub however was very nice and relaxing. The pool area was poorly lit. Only one light was working. We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Despite a very friendly staff, and some upgrades, this property remains an old fashioned motel.

Nov 11th, 2019

We have stayed here before and had a more pleasant experience. This visit was full of issues. The biggest one was that the TV was pixelating constantly. The room clerk, although nice and attempting to help, had no idea why.She was reluctant to call the engineer who left a few minutes before and was "off". Kevin the houseman deserves kudos for his attitude . He is a gem.He was unable to fix with a reboot. It seems that there may be a problem with a really bad internet and cable provider and this is a frequent occurrence--not good.We were moved to a ground floor unit which was not as nice and featured a bathroom water bug..The bathrooms are small and need to be upgraded with more towel racks and toiletry storage space. I would also recommend longer breakfast hours, although Kevin was able to make a latte for us at 1000 a m.So this courtyard remains an old motel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A family night at the Courtyard

Jun 5th, 2019

It was late around 8pm when we checked in this hotel is some what out date the AC unit was one of the old wall mount it never cooled down the room the room stayed at 75 all night long. When we called and told them about them problem they said it takes it a while to cool. The bath room was a bit scary for me I felt like I was going to fall throw the tube when I took a shower. The parking there was even worse there is very little at all parking in the front we had to park on the side of the hotel. But the staff was very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in giving us directions to there local Texas Roadhouse we made it there in about 5 minutes. The beds were some what comfortable but for what we paid this place is over priced. I don't think we will be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Comfortable, Convenient Overnight Stop for Interstate Travelers

Jun 4th, 2019

A better than average example of this chain. A short distance from the Interstate but far enough to avoid highway noise. Convenient to a large shopping mall and several dining options. Well maintained with comfortable rooms. A restaurant and bar is in the lobby. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Okay hotel. Rooms need updating

Mar 23rd, 2019

We stayed for one night and I really thought that I over paid for the dated hotel that is a couple miles off the interstate. Rooms were “clean” but years of build up on grout and such. Thermostat/AC is the older units that you adjust hot or cold on. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
